The budget offering with a durable build sees a price surge in Nepal!

Realme has revised the pricing of the Realme C71 in Nepal. The budget smartphone, known for its massive 6,300mAh battery and UNISOC T7250 processor, is now more expensive. Let’s take a quick look at the updated price and its key specifications and features in Nepal.
Realme C71 Overview
Design and Display
Beginning with the design side of things, the Realme C71 sports an elegant look, thanks to its feather-textured rear panel. You get a rectangular camera module, with the Realme branding on the bottom. Both the Whits Swan and Forest Owl colorways look equally good. On top of that, the device also boasts ArmorShell protection and MIL-STD-810H certification for added durability.

Performance
Under the hood, the Realme C71 is powered by the Unisoc T7250 octa-core processor. This 12nm fabbed 4G SoC is a rebrand of the old T612 from Unisoc with 2x Cortex-A7 cores at 1.8GHz and 6x Cortex-A55 cores at 1.6GHz. Handling the gaming and graphics here is the Mali G57MP1 GPU. Likewise, Realme has paired it with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. On the software side, this thing boots into Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15.
Camera and Others
For photography, the C71 features a 50MP rear camera with two other AI lenses. Upfront, there is a 5MP front-facing camera handling selfies and video calls. Meanwhile, the smartphone gets its juice from a 6300mAh battery with 45W SuperVOOC fast charging technology.

As for the connectivity, the Realme C71 supports dual SIM functionality, 4G LTE connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB-C port for charging and data transfer.
Should you buy the Realme C71 in Nepal?
The sub-20K segment is highly competitive, and the recent price hike trend has severely affected it. In that regard, I think the Realme C71 is still a recommendable option. It's got a MIL-STD-certified body, and the shock-resistant design gives a lot of assurance against accidental drops. Its 6300mAh battery is also something I like, paired with the 45W fast charging. Well, I don't expect a superb performance in this price range, so the UNISOC T7250 also feels like a decent performer. One thing you should note is the several bloatware apps that come with this guy, but most of them can be uninstalled.
