The health and fitness features of the Smart Band Pro include 110+ sports modes including running, walking, cycling, yoga, swimming, and others. It is also 5ATM certified for waterproofing. Similarly, the band comes equipped with PPG heart-rate sensor for 24-hour heart rate tracking. It also measures SpO2 to detect oxygen levels in your blood. 

Redmi Smart Band Pro can be paired with your smartphone via the Mi Fit app where you can enable app notifications, incoming calls, and more to receive on your band itself.
