Samsung Galaxy A07 5G launched with 6000mAh Battery and Dimensity 6300

Samsung has introduced its latest budget entry, and this time its the 5G version of the well-known Galaxy A07 in Myanmar. It follows the usual design language of the A-series but with some notable hardware bumps for the price. Display and Design

The phone has almost no difference in the design aspect, with similar camera module as well. The only change is that the A07 5G now has a white border on the camera module. Samsung stuck with the waterdrop notch for the front camera and a familiar flat-back look. Moreover, It also has an IP54 rating, which helps with light dust and water splashes.

Now, talking about the display, it also comes with a 6.7-inch PLS LCD screen, like the regular A07, but now supports a 120Hz refresh rate instead of 90Hz. It has an HD+ resolution and can reach up to 800 nits of brightness.

Performance and Software

Now, coming to performance, It runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, which brings 5G connectivity to this entry-level model. The Dimensity 6300 is probably one of the most used chipsets in the budget segment, insofar, it also featured in the Galaxy A16, M16 and F16 smartphones. Anyway, you can choose between 4GB or 6GB of RAM, and both versions come with 128GB of internal storage. A standout point here is definitely the software support, as Samsung is promising six major Android version updates starting from Android 16.

Camera and Battery

For photos, there is a 50MP main camera on the back paired with a 2MP depth sensor. The front notch houses an 8MP camera. 

The battery is limited to 6000mAh; however, it is an increase over the 4G variant of the A07. It charges via USB-C and includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
