TECNO has just showcased its thinnest smartphone, measuring about 4.49mm at MWC 2026. It is even slimmer than the TECNO Spark Slim, launched a while ago. Taking the stage at MWC 2026, TECNO revealed its slimmest smartphone prototype yet. The highlight of the device is its build, featuring a ceramic body, a material the company hasn’t used in a while. Even with its reduced thickness, the prototype still includes a USB-C port and responsive side buttons.
Likewise, the display bezels on the TECNO Slim 2 feature an asymmetrical design that blends with the display curvature and the ceramic body. It has an AMOLED panel with a fast 144Hz refresh rate, achieving a peak brightness of 4500 nits and a 1256 x 2760-pixel resolution.

Performance and Software
Although this phone is extremely thin, the Slim 2's specifications are very interesting. It uses a midrange 5G chipset, the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 5G, with 4× Arm Cortex-A78 cores clocked up to 2.4GHz and 4× Arm Cortex-A55 cores clocked up to 2.0GHz, providing a midrange performance.
