Vivo Nepal has officially launched its latest flagship smartphone, the Vivo X300 Pro, in Nepal. It is priced very aggressively this time, even lower than in India, and comes with attractive early-bird offers, including cashback deals and discounts on Vivo accessory kits.
Vivo X300 Pro Overview
Display and Design

The latest Vivo X300 Pro is the most premium flagship in the X300 Series (albeit X300 Ultra will launch much later), measuring 161.98 x 75.48 x 7.99mm and weighing 226 grams. Compared to the regular X300's compact 6.31-inch display, the Pro steps up with a larger 6.78-inch BOE Q10+ OLED panel offering a 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 4500 nits, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and circular polarization 2.0 as well.
Talking about the design, the IP69/69 rated X300 Pro features a slightly beveled aluminum frame along the edges, replacing the rounder look of the X200 Pro, which had curved glass on both the front and back, blending into the frame. The device is available in Phantom Black and Wilderness Brown color options in Nepal.
Performance and Software
The X300 Pro is the first device to be powered by MediaTek's new Dimensity 9500 chipset in Nepal. The DImensity 9400 we had last year was already a beast and could function very smoothly, and this year’s will be no doubt be an even better one.
Similarly, the X300 Pro pairs this chipset with 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM, along with 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. Moreover, the device will run on the recently released OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, which Vivo just revealed recently. On the Vivo X300 Pro, they're also adding AIGC large model support for landscape creation and AI-customized beauty features here as well.
Camera System

The Vivo X300 Pro features a Zeiss-branded triple rear setup featuring a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor with gimbal OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide lens, and a new 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera with 3.7x optical zoom.
The telephoto unit supports OIS and is said to achieve CIPA 5.5-level stabilization, which Vivo executive Han Boxiao calls the “new king of telephoto lenses.” It also features Zeiss T* coating, APO certification for chromatic aberration control, and fluorite glass elements.
For selfies, there’s a 50MP Samsung JN1 front camera with a 92° field of view. Similarly, the Vivo X300 Pro is also powered by two chips, the new Imaging Chip VS1 for pre-processing and the V3+ for post-processing, along with a custom focus-tracking engine for better long-range motion capture.
Battery and Charging
The X300 Pro packs a massive 6,510 mAh battery - significantly larger than the regular X300's 6,040 mAh cell. It supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. We get a charger inside the box in the Nepali unit.
Additional Features and Accessories
The Vivo X300 Pro also features an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, dual speakers, an X-axis linear motor, and Vivo’s Universal Signal Amplification System 3.0 with a 1+4 chip design. For connectivity, you get the usual Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, an IR blaster, USB 3.2 Gen 1, and kilometre-level network-free communication support.
Vivo has launched a special Beidou Satellite Communication Edition on the X300 Pro. This variant will be available in a single 16GB+1TB configuration and will offer satellite connectivity features for areas without cellular coverage. The vivo Zeiss 2.35x telephoto teleconverter kit that was revealed alongside the vivo X200 Ultra last year will also be compatible with the X300 Pro.
Warranty:
The Vivo X300 Pro comes with an extended 2-year warranty along with 1-time Breakage and Water damage insurance valid within 6 months.
