The Vivo Y22 is a design-focused phone with its premium looking-back design. Weighing approximately 190 grams, the phone is not that lightweight but moderately slim at 8.38mm. Moreover, the available color options are Starlit Blue and Metaverse Green. Display-wise, it has a 6.55-inch HD+ LCD panel with a 20:9 aspect ratio.

The performance on the Vivo Y22 is handled by a MediaTek Helio G85. It is an octa-core processor with two Cortex-A75 clocked at 2GHz and six Cortex-A55 clocked at 1.8GHz. The graphics are handled by a Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. The device comes with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
