Just last month, MSI unveiled their brand new MSI Crosshair 16 HX AI laptops. And now the laptops has arrived in Nepal sooner than expected. This new gaming laptop, which is packed with the Intel Core Ultra Series processor and RTX 50-series, might be the one for the gamers. So, without wasting any time, let’s dive into what it has to offer as well as the expected MSI Crosshair 16 HX AI 2025 price in Nepal.

MSI Crosshair 16 HX AI 2025 Overview

Build and display

The MSI Crosshair 16 HX AI looks exactly the same, both from the top and bottom, as the non-AI variant. We can see the RGB logo on top of the lid and also the crosshair touch near the trackpad. The keyboard includes a dedicated co-pilot button with 24 zones of RGB backlighting. The built-in HD camera is kind of a disappointment, though.

And unfortunately, we don’t see any changes regarding the display, either. This 16-inch, like its predecessor, boasts the same QHD+ resolution with a variable refresh rate of up to 240 Hz. And yes, it is an IPS LCD panel with 100% C. Nevertheless, it is still pretty good and should not make a difference when you are gaming.

Redesigned Cooling

One of the most crucial changes MSI has made is regarding the cooling for this gaming beast. This new cooling design, which is called “Cooler Boost 5,” is said to be more efficient in cooling. This design features dual fans along with five shared pipes between the CPU and GPU. Additionally, it has a larger thermal pipe diameter and also includes MSI’s exclusive thermal grease. MSI claims it can perform at its best even under heavy load gaming.

Processor and graphics

The new model also tastes the Intel Core Ultra processor. Hence, the added “AI” in the name is due to the processor’s AI capabilities from the NPU inside. As for the graphics, it will now be paired with the new RTX 50-series card.

The laptop is available in two options for the CPU and GPU. Firstly, the Intel Core Ultra 7 255HX processor, consisting of 20 cores and 20 threads with a max speed of 5.2 GHz, is paired with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060. And later, the more powerful Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX with 24 cores and 24 threads and a 5.4 GHz turbo speed, which is paired with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070.

The combined power of both the CPU and GPU equates to a maximum of 170W with the use of MSI OverBoost Technology. Hence, it will ensure both of the processors are using their maximum power.

Memory

Both of the mentioned variants come with 16GB of DDR5 RAM in the 8GB x2 configuration. So, if you wish to upgrade your memory, you will have to remove one of the 8-gig sticks. Nevertheless, it supports up to 96 GB RAM.

As for the primary storage, it comes with 1TB of NVMe PCIe Gen 4 SSD. And yes, it is upgradable with an extra M.2 SSD slot that supports Gen 5 as well.

The rest of the features

For connectivity, we get Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. There are two 2W speakers for audio output with a headphone combo jack. Moreover, you get one Thunderbolt 4 port with a couple of Type A ports as well. If you prefer to game on an external monitor, you can plug in an HDMI 2.1 cable, which is capable of 8K resolution but at 60 Hz; for 120 Hz, you have to switch to 4K.

Keeping the laptop alive is the 90 Wh 4-cell battery, which is charged via a 240 W adapter. If you are engaged in a long gaming session, I recommend you plug in the power supply at all times.

MSI Vector 16 HX AI launched in Nepal with RTX-50 series graphics

The MSI Vector 16 HX AI is the most premium gaming laptop announced by MSI in 2025 after the flagship Titan series. It comes with desktop-level performance with Intel’s latest “Arrow Lake” processor and RTX 50-series mobile GPU. MSI has just launched a bunch of Vector 16 HX AI varient in Nepal, which even come with a 2-year international warranty. So, without any delay, let’s deep dive into its features, specifications, and price in Nepal of MSI Vector 16 HX (2025).

Design and Display

Starting with the build, the MSI Vector 16 HX AI makes no excuse for its gamery looks, it looks like a spaceship and also comes in a single “Cosmos Gray” color. The whole chassis comes in a durable plastic build, where we get the MSI logo at the top center. The laptop measures 22.20mm in thickness and weighs around 2.7kg. For an added aesthetic touch, we also get a 24-zone RGB keyboard with the Copilot key.

Opening the lid, we are greeted by the gorgeous 16:10 16-inch IPS panel with a resolution of QHD+ (2560×1600) pixels. The panel comes with flagship features such as a fast 240Hz refresh rate and 100% DCI-P3 color coverage. The screen also has an anti-glare coating for clear visibility in a harsh light environment.

Performance and Memory

As I said in the beginning, under the hood of the MSI Vector 16 HX AI, we get the flagship “Arrow Lake” processor from Intel.

We have two options to choose from one is the Intel Core Ultra 7 255HX with 20 cores, 20 threads, with a max frequency of 5.2 GHz, and the other is the flagship Intel Core 9 275HX with 24 cores, 24 threads, with a max frequency of 5.4 GHz. Both CPUs are capable of performing high-end tasks with ease.

For the Graphics workload, we get NVIDIA’s latest 50-series graphics inside the beast. The GPUs are:

As you might have noticed, Huawei launched the premium Watch gt 6 series (alongside the pro) but many may not know that they also launched an additional smartwatch, yes, and that watch is the Huawei Watch Ultimate 2, which is also an upgrade to its predecessor, the regular Watch Ultimate. This new premium smartwatch features sonar-based underwater communication (which may indeed also sound like something out of a spy movie), and its target is divers and adventure people who need gear that can handle extreme conditions. Now, let’s jump in this article, where I will discuss everything about the latest Huawei Watch Ultimate 2, including its price in Nepal, specifications, and availability.

Huawei Watch Ultimate 2 Overview

Design and Display

The Ultimate 2 is basically Huawei’s answer to Garmin’s Descent series and other professional dive computers, but with smartwatch features thrown in. It’s a direct upgrade over last year’s original Watch Ultimate, pushing the diving depth from 100 meters to 150 meters and by adding that wild sonar communication feature. And this isn’t really competing with the GT 6 series at all. We’re talking about a completely different price bracket and target audience.

Starting off the design, the Ultimate 2 uses “zirconium-based liquid metal” for the case, which is supposedly more durable than regular titanium or stainless steel. The Ocean Blue model gets a steel version of this liquid metal, while the Compass Black uses pure zirconium-based construction. Both variants feature dual-tone nanocrystal ceramic bezels and sapphire glass. The watch is chunky at 80.5 grams without the strap, hence this makes it substantially heavier than the recently launched GT 6 Pro.

The 1.5-inch LTPO AMOLED display pushes 3,500 nits peak brightness, which is even brighter than the GT 6 Pro’s impressive 3,000 nits. Display bezels are 18% thinner than the original Ultimate.

Sonar Communication

Huawei integrated the first compact sonar system into smartwatch architecture. The miniaturized sonar module operates at 3-5 kHz frequency optimized for underwater clarity and long-distance performance. You can send preset messages and emojis to other Ultimate 2 watches within a 30-meter radius underwater. For emergencies, there’s an SOS feature that can reach devices up to 60 meters away if another diver forwards the message.

The system can pair with up to 50 dive buddies simultaneously by creating underwater networks. But I’m a bit skeptical about how well this works in real-world conditions. Underwater acoustics are tricky, and things like boat engines, underwater construction, or even large sea creatures can mess with the signals.

Professional Diving Features

Anyway, as mentioned above, the Ultimate 2 supports diving up to 150 meters, which puts it ahead of most smartwatches in this category. It uses the Bühlmann ZHL-16C decompression algorithm, which is the same standard used in professional dive computers.

You get all the typical dive computer features: depth tracking, decompression limits, ascent rate warnings, and gas mixture calculations. The watch can handle recreational diving, technical diving, scuba diving, and free diving with different settings for each. Compared to established dive computer brands like Suunto and Garmin’s Descent series, Huawei claims equivalent diving functionality with comprehensive smartwatch integration. But Garmin’s been in this game longer and has more proven track records with serious divers.

Expedition and Adventure Features

Beyond diving, the Ultimate 2 packs expedition features for mountaineering and outdoor adventures. The upgraded antenna system supposedly delivers better connectivity in extreme conditions. There’s route import functionality, offline map downloads, and the usual GPS tracking with dual-frequency positioning across five satellite systems. High-altitude adaptation alerts help prevent altitude sickness, and fall detection can send SOS calls if you take a tumble. The golf mode includes 17,000+ course maps worldwide with detailed green layouts and ball trajectory tracking.

Battery Life

The Ultimate 2 manages 4.5 days of typical use when paired with Android, or 3.5 days with iOS. With always-on display enabled, you’re looking at 3 days (Android) or 2.5 days (iOS). For specific activities, you get 18 hours in dive mode (12 hours with sonar communication enabled), 40 hours in expedition mode, and 24 hours for golf.

Display and Design

The T-Rex 3 Pro keeps the rugged look of its predecessor but steps it up with a Grane 5 titanium bezel around its 48mm case. The 1.5-inch AMOLED display pushes 480 by 480 pixels and peaks at 3000 nits, which is higher than the T-Rex 3’s 2000 nits. Recently, Huawei introduced the new Watch GT 6 series, building on the GT 5 from last year. This time, the focus is on better battery life, sharper displays, and improved health and sports tracking. Huawei Watch GT 6 Overview

Design and Display

The standard Huawei Watch GT 6 comes in 46mm and 41mm dial sizes. Like the GT 5, the larger 46mm model is geared towards a bigger wrist, while the 41mm is more compact for smaller wrists. The 46mm version comes in Black fluoroelastomer, Green woven, and Grey leather straps, while the 41mm offers Black, Lilac, White, Brown, and Gold straps, with material options ranging from fluoroelastomer to Milanese loops. Accuracy for cycling hits 98%, while trail running reaches 95%, thanks to improved algorithms and a new antenna design. The watches can connect to third-party sensors like heart rate straps and cadence meters for more detailed tracking.

A standout is wheelchair support: the GT 6 can track wheel rotations and adjust calorie and activity calculations for users who rely on wheelchairs. Battery life depends on size and usage. The 46mm GT 6 can last up to 14 days with light use or 7 days with typical use, while the 41mm model lasts up to 7 days typically. Both support wireless charging.

Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro launched with 21-Day battery and premium features

Huawei just launched the GT 6 Pro globally, and this time, they’re going all-in on premium materials backed by a ridiculous 21-day battery claim. It’s the flagship of their new GT 6 lineup, sitting above the regular GT 6 (which we have already covered in a separate article). Now, let’s jump in this article, where I will discuss everything about the latest Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro, including its price in Nepal, specifications, and availability.

Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro Overview

Display and Design

The GT 6 Pro only comes in 46mm now, which is surprising because the GT 5 Pro had both 46mm and 42mm options. Huawei apparently decided that smaller variant was no longer necessary, even though the regular Watch GT 6 does come in two variants. The GT 6 Pro sticks with the titanium alloy construction from its predecessor, but now you get three strap options: black fluoroelastomer, brown composite woven, and a full titanium strap. The brown woven strap is new and mixes rubber with nylon. Similarly, at 54.7 grams without the strap, it’s basically the same weight as the GT 5 Pro.

The 1.47-inch AMOLED display is slightly bigger than the GT 5 Pro’s 1.43-inch screen, but the real upgrade is brightness. We’re talking 3,000 nits peak compared to the GT 5 Pro’s 1,200 nits. That should make it actually readable in direct sunlight, which was always a problem with older models.

Battery Life

This is where the GT 6 Pro really separates itself from the regular GT 6 models. Huawei claims 21 days of light usage or 12 days with typical use. Compare that to the regular GT 6’s 14-day light usage, and you can see where your extra money goes. The secret sauce is their new 867 mAh “high-silicon stacked” battery. It’s got 10% more silicon content and uses weird custom shapes instead of rectangles to fit better inside the watch. Energy density is apparently up 37% over previous generations.

Sports Features

The GT 6 Pro gets features that the regular GT 6 doesn’t have, especially for serious athletes. There’s a virtual power meter for cycling, which Huawei says is a smartwatch first. You get real-time power readings even without owning an actual power meter. Trail running gets premium treatment with vector maps that let you zoom in super close. The regular GT 6 models don’t get this level of mapping detail.

Heart rate accuracy is supposedly up to 98% for cycling and 95% for trail running, which are better numbers than what Huawei quoted for the GT 5 Pro. The updated TruSense system also handles third-party sensor connections better than before.

Connectivity

The GT 6 Pro supports more positioning systems than its predecessor. You’re getting GPS L1+L5 dual-band, GLONASS, BeiDou B1I+B1C+B2a tri-band, Galileo E1+E5a dual-band, QZSS L1+L5 dual-band, and NavIC. That’s a lot more bands than the GT 5 Pro supported.

Positioning accuracy is supposedly 20% better and the GT 6 Pro also gets Bluetooth 6.0 instead of the 5.2 in the GT 5 Pro, plus NFC support.

Meta has rolled out the second-generation Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, which improve on their previous model now with better battery life, a sharper camera, and a few style tweaks. Let’s jump into this article, where I will discuss everything about the new Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2, including its expected price in Nepal, specifications, and availability.

Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 Overview

Design and fit

The Meta Gen 2 keeps the familiar Wayfarer, Skyler, and Headliner frames but adds seasonal colors like Cosmic Blue and Music Violet. It weighs around 52 grams and is also IPX4 rated against splashes.

Some reviewers like Tom’s guide are already noting that the blue shade “is awfully charming” and the frames feel surprisingly light despite all the tech packed inside. According to various first impressions, the fit is comfortable for hours, “though the plastic frame can feel a bit stiff when sliding them on.”

Camera and battery

The often controversial camera gets its biggest upgrade yet: still 12MP for photos, but now supporting 3K video at 30 fps, along with options for 60 fps or smaller file sizes at lower resolutions. Battery life now jumps to 8 hours of mixed use, with a quick 50% charge in 20 minutes, and a full charge in just over an hour.

Performance and Meta AI

Meta AI handles voice commands like from taking photos to live translation. It pairs with both Android and iOS devices through the Meta AI app. But it has been stretched enough that the AI can sometimes lag, but overall, it manages day-to-day requests well. Conversation Focus and live translation are also now expanded to German and Portuguese.

Audio and connectivity

The Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 does not have any spectacular audio compared to standard dedicated earbuds or anything like that, but it does feature open-ear speakers, which, according to many, can deliver pretty clear audio. You also get five microphones in this guy that can enable features like real-time captions or translations. Meanwhile, connectivity is handled through the Meta AI app.

Lenovo has officially launched the ThinkBook 14 2025 (G8 IAL) in Nepal, featuring Intel’s latest Core Ultra processors. This laptop targets business owners and productivity-focused users, such as students. In Nepal, Nagmani International is the official distributor of Lenovo products. Without further ado, let’s head straight into the specs, features, and official price of the Lenovo ThinkBook 14 2025 (G8 IAL) in Nepal.

You can either pair it with Core Ultra 5 225U, which is a 12-core, 14-thread CPU with up to 4.8 GHz of boost clock and 15W of base power. Or the more powerful Core Ultra 5 225H, which is a 14-core, 14-thread CPU with up to 4.9 GHz of boost clock and 20W of base power. Or even there’s a more powerful Core Ultra 7 255H variant as well, with 16 cores, 16 threads, up to 5.1 GHz of boost clock speed, and 28W of base power.

The laptop is paired with 16GB DDR5 RAM (5600 MHz) in dual-channel configuration, and both variants are equipped with a high-speed 512GB SSD for a fast boot time.

Battery and Connectivity

This ThinkBook 14 2025 gets its juice from a 45Wh battery, which juices up via a 65W AC adapter. Battery life may vary depending on usage, but it should typically last up to 6 hours under moderate workloads.

ZTE Nubia A56 launched in Nepal with a large 5,000 mAh battery

ZTE’s newest budget phone—the Nubia A56—went official a little while ago. It’s simply a rebranded version of the ZTE Blade A56, and this budget phone is now officially available in Nepal as well. And fun fact, ZTE Nepal is also offering 0% EMI option for this budget phone. So without further ado, let’s jump into the specifications and features of the ZTE Nubia A56, along with its official price in Nepal.

ZTE Nubia A56 Overview

Design and Display

In terms of the design, ZTE has essentially glammed up the Blade A55 a little this time. It still has the same boxy design, a teardrop notch for the selfie camera, and an eye-catching power button (that doubles as a fingerprint reader) with a red accent.

But as you can see from the image below, the Nubia A56’s edges around the camera module now have this golden touch-up. In both the “Celestial Black” and “Floating Gold” color options.

It’s also 0.2mm thinner now, although that’s something you’re never gonna notice. As for the display, it boasts the same 6.75-inch HD+ IPS panel with up to a 90Hz refresh rate and 500 nits of brightness.

Performance

At least ZTE has shown some love in the performance department since the Nubia A56 is now powered by a Unisoc T7200 chip (12nm). It has an octa-core CPU with two Cortex-A75 and six Cortex-A55 cores, compared to how the Blade A55’s Unisoc SC9863A1 (22nm) processor only had weak Cortex-A55 CPU cores.

This has been paired with 4GB of RAM and 64/128GB of storage, while the phone boots on Android 15 with ZTE’s “MiFavor” UI on top. And if you want more storage, you can expand it up to 1TB by using a micro SD card as well.

Cameras and the rest

Other than this, the ZTE Nubia A56 doesn’t have any sort of meaningful upgrades anywhere. It still only brings a 13MP main camera at the back alongside a couple of useless auxiliary lenses. Whereas you get an 8MP front camera for selfies here.

The ZTE Nubia A56 gets its fuel from a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 10W charging. And of course, it also retains a 3.5mm headphone jack.

ZTE Nubia A36 arrives in Nepal as one of the most affordable smartphones

Alongside the ZTE Nubia A56, the even more affordable Nubia A36 has arrived in Nepal as well. Which is just a rebranded ZTE Blade A36, by the way. And ZTE was clearly inspired by Apple’s iPhone 17 Pro series when designing this budget phone. What’s interesting is that you can even buy this affordable phone with 0% EMI. So in this article, we will discuss all its details, alongside the official price in Nepal of the ZTE Nubia A36.

ZTE Nubia A36 Overview

Design and display

Looking at the camera design, it’s clear that the ZTE Nubia A36 has a lot of iPhone 17 Pro Max energy to it. We have recently seen a similar trend with other Chinese phonemakers like Realme as well—with the Realme P4 and the Realme P4 Pro—so we’re not totally surprised.

The ZTE Nubia A36 also has a nice accented power button, but of course, that iPhone illusion immediately disappears once you flip it over. Since this budget phone still has a teardrop notch for the front camera. While its entire chassis is plastic-made as well.

And the display itself sees no upgrade over the Nubia A35. Because you’re still looking at a 6.75-inch IPS panel with an HD resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.

Performance and battery

But we do get an upgrade in terms of performance this time. So the ZTE Nubia A36 now has Unisoc T7200 (12nm) chip inside, which has a notable performance jump from the Unisoc SC9863A1 (22nm) chip on its predecessor.

Moreover, you get 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, with the option to further expand the storage via a microSD card. It runs on Android 15 with ZTE’s “MiFavor” UI on top, whereas the Nubia A36 gets its power from a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 10W charging.
