Best Budget Fitness Bands in Nepal 2026

In this article, we've listed the best budget fitness trackers that you could buy in Nepal right now. Fitness bands (aka fitness trackers) have made our lives a lot easier. And while keeping track of health may have become easy because of such devices, buying the perfect one for you is a different story altogether. You can go for a full-fledged smartwatch or maybe a modest fitness band.

But the unfortunate trend we’ve been noticing in this industry lately is that veteran players like Xiaomi and Amazfit aren’t that active anymore. Xiaomi does update its iconic “Mi Band” lineup every single year, but those products don’t land in Nepal these days. Thankfully, a few companies like Huawei and Samsung are still keeping this sector alive with excellent budget fitness bands. So in this article, we'll be talking about the best cheap, budget fitness bands (fitness trackers) you can buy in Nepal. Let's begin.

Best budget fitness bands in Nepal:

      3. Samsung Galaxy Fit 3

I’d like to kick things off with the Galaxy Fit 3. I’m pretty sure Samsung isn’t the first name that pops into your mind whenever you hear “fitness bands”, but the company’s “Galaxy Fit” lineup is quite popular. Even though Samsung doesn’t update it every single year. The Fit 3 launched in 2024 as a massive upgrade over the Galaxy Fit 2, which made its debut way back in 2020.

Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 - Design new

It’s got a massive 1.6-inch AMOLED display with a smooth 60Hz refresh rate, and it gets plenty bright enough outdoors as well. I’m also quite fond of the user interface here, since the Galaxy Fit 3’s UI is quite similar to what we see in Samsung’s WearOS-powered smartwatches. The Fit 3 does run on a much more power-efficient “FreeRTOS” software platform, but this similarity in terms of interface design is quite a nice touch from Samsung.

As for fitness tracking, the Galaxy Fit 3 has all the basics you’d expect. Including all-day heart rate, stress, and sleep monitoring. Samsung’s wearables don’t support 24-hour SpO2 tracking, by the way, while this guy can log over 100 different workouts. It even brings a few potentially lifesaving features like “Fall Detection” and “SOS Messaging”. The Fit 3 also promises up to 13 days of battery life, but in my tests, I was mostly netting around a week’s worth of endurance on average.

      Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 Specifications:

      • Dimensions and build: 42.9 x 28.8 x 9.9 mm, 18.5 gm
      • Color options: Gray, Silver, Pink Gold
      • Durability: 5 ATM + IP68 rated
      • Display: 1.6-inch AMOLED, 402 x 256 pixels resolution, Brightness nits unspecified
      • Processor: Unspecified
      • Memory: 16MB RAM, 256MB storage
      • Software and UI: FreeRTOS
      • Sensors: Accelerometer, Barometer, Gyro, Light, Optical heart rate
      • Companion app:
      • Battery: Up to 13 days under light usage

      2. Huawei Band 11

Likewise, the Huawei Band 11 takes the silver medal on our list of the best budget fitness bands in Nepal. Huawei consistently ranks among the world’s top wearable brands, and it’s easy to see why when you look at something like the Band 11. It’s a mostly iterative update over the Huawei Band 10 (review), although that doesn’t make this thing any less impressive.

      Huawei Band 11 - Display 1

The most significant upgrade is definitely in terms of the display this time, since Huawei has finally caved into a 60Hz refresh rate for its fitness bands. And the display itself has gone from a 1.47-inch AMOLED panel on its predecessor to a larger 1.62-inch panel now. Plus, unlike how the Galaxy Fit 3 has uneven bezels, the Huawei Band 11 looks so much nicer with slimmer, (almost) symmetrical bezels on all four sides.

Huawei’s custom “HarmonyOS 6.0” platform is also one of the best we’ve seen on a fitness band. Or even a smartwatch, for that matter. From the system animations to the brilliant use of colors, animations, and texts through the UI, scrolling through Band 11 feels great. And of course, this is one of the most reliable fitness bands I’ve tested as far as health and fitness tracking are concerned. Including a couple of interesting features you’re not gonna find on Samsung, like emotional wellbeing and heart rate variability (HRV) measurement.

      Huawei Band 11 Specifications:

      • Dimensions and build: 42.6 x 28.2 x 8.99 mm, 16 – 17 gm
      • Color options: Beige, Green, Purple, White, Black, Purple
      • Durability: 5 ATM water resistant
      • Display: 1.62-inch AMOLED, 482 x 286 pixels resolution, 1,500 nits brightness
      • Processor: Unspecified
      • Memory: Unspecified
      • Software and UI: HarmonyOS 6.0
      • Sensors: 9-axis IMU (Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Magnetometer), Ambient light, Optical heart rate
      • Companion app: Huawei Health (Android | iOS)
      • Battery: Up to 14 days under light usage

      1. Huawei Band 11 Pro

So our top pick for the best budget fitness bands in Nepal is the Huawei Band 11 Pro. This is the very first “Pro” fitness band Huawei has launched, though it doesn't have many “Pro” features on board. The Band 11 Pro has a sharp, angular design compared to the regular Band 11—while the biggest inclusion here is definitely its built-in GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) positioning. Aka location tracking.

      Huawei Band 11 Pro - Display 1

But since Huawei went with the basic single-band signal, we found that its location tracking isn’t the most accurate. Especially when walking around dense Kathmandu streets and alleyways. That said, if you’re a runner or a cyclist, you’re definitely gonna get more accurate distance estimation from the Band 11 Pro compared to the standard Huawei Band 11.

The other upgrade you’re getting here is 2,000 nits of brightness versus 1,500 nits on its non-Pro sibling. That’s a roughly 34% brighter screen if my math is correct, but since our eyes don’t perceive brightness on a linear scale, these two looked pretty identical when I took them outdoors on a bright sunny day. Besides this, the Huawei Band 11 Pro has the exact same set of health and fitness tracking features as the regular Band 11. While Huawei promises up to 14 days of battery life for this thing as well.

      Huawei Band 11 Pro Specifications:

      • Dimensions and build: 43.5 x 28.2 x 8.99 mm, 18 gm
      • Color options: Green, Blue, Black
      • Durability: 5 ATM water resistant
      • Display: 1.62-inch AMOLED, 482 x 286 pixels resolution, 2,000 nits brightness
      • Processor: Unspecified
      • Memory: Unspecified
      • Software and UI: HarmonyOS 6.0
      • Sensors: 9-axis IMU (Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Magnetometer), Ambient light, Optical heart rate
      • Companion app: Huawei Health (Android | iOS)
      • Battery: Up to 14 days under light usage
