Recent leaks have stirred speculation about the iQOO 13 series. Digital Chat Solution sheds light on the specifications of the iQOO 13 smartphone insisting the phone might be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8 gen 4 smartphone. The iQOO 13 is set to feature the next-generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset. This follows last year’s iQOO 12, which was well-received for its Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. With the new 8 Gen 4 chipset expected to be available in October, it could be a gaming powerhouse. In terms of memory, this smartphone is expected to offer up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of storage

Similarly, the iQOO 13 might retain the 6.78-inch OLED display with a 2K resolution. This feature, has been confirmed. It is rumored to come with an IP68-rated chassis, an upgrade from the iQOO 12’s IP64 rating. Similarly, the phone might come with glass at the front and back with aluminum frames. 

Massive Battery

The battery capacity of the iQOO 13 is rumored to be 6,000mAh, paired with 120W fast charging support. This is an increase from last year’s 5000 mAh battery.

No Pro Model?

DCS’s recent posts on Weibo have added to the uncertainty. There is growing speculation that the iQOO 13 Pro might not be released at all. Even though the pro models never really made outside of China, it would also imply a significant shift on strategy by Vivo.
