Thanks to MySmartPrice and popular leakster OnLeaks, we now have our first look at the upcoming Motorola Moto G Power 5G (2024). It follows in on the footsteps of the Moto G Power 5G (2023) launched earlier this year and reportedly brings a few upgrades like a bigger display. Let’s find out more.
Moto G Power 5G (2024) Rumors Roundup:
To note, the current Moto G Power 5G boasts a 6.5-inch IPS display with an FHD resolution, a Dimensity 930 processor, 6GB of RAM, 256GB storage, a 50MP triple-camera setup at the back, and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W charging.

And while the Moto G Power 5G (2024) is expected to retain most of those features, the leaked render reveals that Motorola will ship a dual-camera arrangement this time. Which should feature a 50MP primary and a 2MP depth or macro camera.
A bigger display
As for dimensions, the Moto G Power 5G (2024) will measure slightly larger than its predecessor. Which is mostly thanks to its taller 6.7-inch display. Other than this, the phone features the same hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera alongside all the button and port placements. Including a 3.5mm headphone jack.

We also know that Moto G Power 5G (2024) will be available in black and white color options. There’s no word on the chipset of choice yet. But we won’t be surprised if Motorola ends up going with one of MediaTek’s Dimensity 7000 series chips like Dimensity 7020 or 7030. Which are just rebranded Dimensity 930 and Dimensity 1050, by the way.
