OnePlus launched the Ace 3 just a few months ago. With a few more phones up in their pipeline, they have introduced the OnePlus Ace 3V! This phone is a lower variant of the Ace 3 I mentioned earlier. That is not its highlighting feature though! Let’s just discuss the OnePlus Ace 3V in further detail including its expected price in Nepal, shall we?
OnePlus Ace 3V Overview
Design and Display
The OnePlus Ace 3V comes in a monotone design with 2.8D micro-arc curved glass on the back. This is just a fancy way of saying the phone’s back features a slightly curved glass. Other than that, it has a pill-shaped camera island aligned to the left side when facing it. Moreover, the OnePlus Ace 3V boasts IP65 dust and water resistance while shipping in Magic Purple Silver and Titanium Grey colour options.
On the front, you are getting a 6.74-inch AMOLED panel. It is a 2.5D screen, once again meaning, it is ever so slightly curved near the edges. Furthermore, it has a 1.5K resolution, and 450 PPI pixel density, while covering 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut. Meanwhile, the refresh rate on this screen goes up to 120Hz and the brightness peaks at 2,150 nits. Additionally, for a comfortable viewing experience, it also comes with 1 pulse DC dimming and up to 2,160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.
Performance
The processor on this phone is surely the highlighting feature of this phone. OnePlus Ace 3V is the first phone to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset. What’s so special about that? Well! This chip introduced on-device generative AI capabilities in a midrange space. In the meantime, it also has a similar architecture to the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3! The bottom line is — it should give you a great performance.
On top of that, you get LPDDR5X RAM of up to 16GB while the OnePlus Ace 3V comes with up to 512GB UFS 4.0 for storage. It comes in three configurations in total: 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, and 16GB+512GB. Moreover, it also features a 9140mm² heat dissipation system to maintain optimum performance. Camera and the rest
The OnePlus Ace 3V comes with a decent enough selection of cameras. The primary shooter here is a 50MP unit with the Sony IMX882 sensor. Additionally, it offers OIS support along with 20 times digital zoom. The supporting camera here is an 8MP ultrawide camera with a 112° field of view. Moving on to the front, it comes with a sole 16MP shooter.
Powering the phone is a 5,500 mAh battery with support for 100W SUPERVOOC charging. Other than that, the OnePlus Ace 3V comes with dual SIM 5G cellular, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, five-way navigation with A-GNSS, and NFC support for wireless connectivity. Additionally, you also get dual speakers as well as dual microphones handling the audio. Meanwhile, it packs an X-axis linear motor which should give you a premium haptic experience.

OnePlus Ace 3V Price in Nepal and Availability
The smartphone launched on 21 March 2024 and is available in its home country for booking. The official sale will start on April Fool’s Day and starts at the price tag of CNY 1,999 for the base 12GB + 256GB trim.
Since it is an “Ace” series offering, it will not reach outside the Chinese borders. However, it will likely be rebranded as the OnePlus Nord 4 or “Nord 5”, if you will. Anyway, if this handset ever arrives here, we expect the OnePlus Ace 3V price in Nepal to start at NPR 44,499.
