After a while of teasing, OnePlus has finally announced two new monitors—X 27 and E 24, in India. These are among the first monitors ever released by OnePlus. In this article, we will discuss everything we know so far about the upcoming OnePlus Monitor X 27 and E 24, along with the specs, features, and expected price in Nepal.
OnePlus Monitor X 27 Overview:
Display
The Monitor X 27 is the premium of the bunch, with specifications tailored to gamers. As the name implies, it’s a 27-inch monitor with a screen resolution of 2K (2560×1440 pixels) and a refresh rate of 165Hz. It’s also AMD FreeSync Premium certified, which means it can support variable refresh rates with AMD GPUs. However, it should also be compatible with both Nvidia and Intel GPUs.
Additionally, there are different picture modes available, such as standard, movie, picture, web, and game. The latter further includes specific game modes—MOBA, FPS, RTS, and RPG—for the best gaming experience. By the way, the monitor has a response time of 1 ms.
Besdies this, it comes with a 10-bit color depth, a 95% DCI-P3 color gamut, and a 178-degree viewing angle, so you can even use the monitor for light editing work. OnePlus has also offered VESA DisplayHDR 400 and TUV Rheinland certification for low-blue and flicker-free images to make the monitor easier on the eyes.

Design
In terms of design, the X 27 has a metallic unibody with a height-adjustable metal stand. It supports tilt, pivot, and swivel rotation, using which you can use the monitor in a horizontal or vertical orientation. The stand also comes with a cable management slot to keep your setup neat and tidy.
Moreover, an HDMI 2.1 port, a DP, one USB 3.0 port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack are among the I/O connectivity options. There’s also a USB-C connector that supports DisplayPort Alt-Mode and can deliver 65W of power via USB-PD.

OnePlus Monitor E 24 Overview:
Moving on, the E24 is a 24-inch monitor with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 75Hz. It has a response time of 5ms and can reach a brightness of 250 nits. Likewise, the monitor comes with the same picture modes as the X27, including standard, movie, picture, web, and game.It does not, however, support any premium VRR technology from AMD Freesync Premium or Nvidia G-Sync. Still, it has Adaptive Sync support.
Furthermore, the E24 has an 8mm slim metallic body and a metal stand with tilt and rotate adjustment. Like the X27, it features an integrated cable management slot. The port options include one USB Type-C (with up to 18W PD), one HDMI, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and one VGA port.

In India, the OnePlus Monitor X 27 costs INR 27,999. However, the price of the Monitor E 24 has yet to be announced by the company. We expect the price of the OnePlus Monitor X 27 to be NPR 50,000 if and when it launches in Nepal.
