OPPO Enco Air5 Pro Launched with 55dB ANC and Bluetooth 6.0

OPPO has introduced the Enco Air5 Pro in China as the latest addition to its Enco lineup. It comes as the successor to last year’s Air4 Pro but with a few notable upgrades. OPPO Enco Air5 Pro Overview

Design and Build

The new Enco Air5 Pro keeps the familiar semi-in-ear design but now adds IP55 dust and water resistance this time. The earbuds weigh around 4.4g each, while the case comes in at 43g. Similarlyl you get these devices in Moonstone White and Midnight Black.

Audio and Features

Inside the device, OPPO is using a 12mm dynamic driver with a wide 20Hz–40KHz frequency range. Similarly, the Enco Air5 Pro comes with codec support that includes AAC, SBC, and LHDC 5.0 for high-bitrate wireless audio. The earbuds also support low latency down to around 47ms. One notable addition is Bluetooth 6.0, along with dual-device connectivity. OPPO is also pushing AI features like live translation and AI call noise reduction.

ANC and Battery

On the ANC side, it goes up to 55dB with a wider 5,000Hz reduction range. Which is also a step up from the previous generation’s 49dB and 4,000Hz range. Moreover, there are multiple noise modes, including adaptive, transparency, and standard ANC. For calls, you get a triple-mic setup with wind noise reduction rated up to 25 km/h. However, battery life mostly depends heavily on ANC usage. With ANC off, the earbuds can last up to 13 hours, extending to 54 hours with the case. With ANC on, you’re looking at around 7 hours on the buds and 29 hours total.
