Earlier this year, Oppo launched Enco Free alongside Oppo F15 through an online event in Nepal. The Enco Free was the company’s first mobile accessories to launch in the country. Now, Oppo has launched another TWS here. This time it is the budget Oppo Enco W11. Let’s take a look at the specs, features, price, and availability of Oppo Enco W11 in Nepal.
Oppo Enco W11 Overview
Design and Build
Talking about the design, the Oppo Enco W11 looks to be inspired by the Samsung Galaxy Buds lineup. Unlike the Enco free which has an Airpods-style stem design, it features a buds-like design. If you don’t like the idea of TWS’s stem hanging out of your ear, Oppo Enco W11 could be a decent choice in a budget. The buds are also light at just 4.4g each. It comes with three sizes of silicone tips. The charging case also looks similar to that of the Galaxy Buds lineup and weighs around 35.5g.
Oppo Enco W11 features 8mm dynamic driver. While it’s larger than the one on the Redmi AirDots, Accurate HX03 has larger 13mm drivers. However, the driver on the Enco W11 is paired with titanium plated composite diaphragms. Oppo claims that the setup will enhance bass and result in clearer sound. It also supports AAC format.
Oppo Enco W11 transmits data over Bluetooth 5.0 connection. It supports binaural simultaneous transmission within the range of 10 meters. What it means is that your phone will be transmitting data to the left and right buds simultaneously.
Often budget TWS features master-slave transmission in which the data is only received by one of the buds.
Oppo Enco W11 comes with touch control. A single touch on either side will play or pause the music playback depending upon the situation. Similarly, a double-tap will change the current track. It can also be used to answer and end calls. A triple tap will activate the voice assistant. Unlike other budget TWS in the market, you can adjust volume without having to touch your smartphone. All you need to do is touch and hold until the volume is adjusted to the level of your liking.
Battery and Others
Each bud features a 40mah battery. The charging case is equipped with a 400mAh battery. Oppo claims that it can last 5 hours of continuous music playback on a single charge. The charging case will bump it up to 20 hours. However, you will have to use it at a 50% volume to obtain these numbers. Listening to higher volumes will yield different results. The charging case can charge the buds from 0 to 100% in 120 minutes. Similarly, 15 minutes of charging will provide an hour playback.
Enco W11 has IP55 certification against dust and water. So, if you like taking your earbuds to the gym and workout session, you won’t face any problem. However, you will still have to protect the charging case as it is only the buds that are certified.
