Design, Display

The Realme 9 Pro+ is a slim and light phone that weighs around 182 grams. The back is glass while the phone is 7.99mm thick. Besides, the color options available are Midnight Black, Aurora Green, and Sunrise Blue. The color-changing "Light Shift Design" is only available on the Sunrise Blue variant.

Furthermore, the Realme 9 Pro+ has a 6.43-inch AMOLED panel on the front. The FHD+ display supports a 90Hz refresh rate and is protected by Gorilla Glass 5.

Performance

The phone is powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 920 5G based on TSMC’s 6nm process. It has a 2+6 core architecture with Cortex-A78 (@2.5GHz) as the performance cores and Cortex-A55 (2.0GHz) as the efficiency cores. Meanwhile, Mali-G68 GPU handles the graphics. Realme 9 Pro+ uses LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage although the chipset supports LPDDR5 memory and UFS 3.1 storage. The phone is available in two variants: 6/128GB and 8/128GB.
