Redmi Earphones with Hi-Res audio launched under Rs. 1,000

For the upcoming festive season, Xiaomi kicked off the “Celebrate Dashain with Mi” campaign with an announcement on September 1. A day later, they announced Redmi Earphones as the first product under the festive campaign. Let’s check out the specs, features, official price, and availability of Redmi Earphones in Nepal.

Redmi Earphones Overview

Xiaomi Nepal announced the Redmi Earphones the very same day as the Indian unveiling, which is quite exciting. It comes with an in-ear design. If you look at the earpiece only, it resembles the one found in the new Redmi SonicBass Wireless Earphones. The earpiece is made up of aluminum alloy and is angled for a better fit in the ear. Redmi Earphones weighs around 13 grams. The earplugs at the tip of the earpieces come with anti-earwax mesh. It is to prevent moisture and earwax from interfering with the sound over time.

Redmi Earphones feature a 10mm sound driver with an impedance of 32 Ohm. The biggest highlight here is the Hi-Res Audio certification. Redmi has stated that the high-frequency range can reach up to 40kHz. The company is claiming crystal clear vocals and redefined trebles with the Redmi Earphones. It sports a 1.25m Y-shaped cable. The 3.5mm headphone jack is at 90-degree of the wire. It has been reinforced to avoid wear and tear. There is a single control button that can be used to play/pause music or receive/end calls. Similarly, long-pressing the button will summon the voice assistant.
