Samsung Galaxy S25+ Overview
Design and Display

The Galaxy S25+ features a 6.7-inch 1440p+ LTPO OLED display, supporting a 1-120Hz refresh rate. Compared to the 6.2-inch display on the regular S25, the S25+ offers a larger screen for those who prefer a bigger display. Like the S25, the S25+ uses an Armor Aluminum frame made from recycled materials and is rated IP68 for dust and water resistance.
Performance and Cooling
Similar to the Galaxy S25, the S25+ is powered by the custom Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, offering 37% improved CPU performance, 30% better GPU power, and 40% faster NPU. It also includes 12GB of RAM and storage options of 256GB and 512GB. The S25+ features the same 40% larger vapor chamber and enhanced thermal interface material for efficient cooling, ensuring it stays cool even during heavy use.
Battery and Charging
The Galaxy S25+ comes with a larger 4,900mAh battery, providing more power than the S25’s 4,000mAh. Additionally, the S25+ supports faster 45W wired charging, allowing up to 65% charge in just 30 minutes. The S25, in comparison, supports 25W wired charging. Both models support 15W Qi wireless charging, though neither supports Qi2.
Camera Features
The camera setup on the S25+ is identical to the Galaxy S25, with a 50MP main camera, a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x zoom, and a 12MP ultrawide camera. Both devices feature a 12MP front camera. The Galaxy S25+ supports 10-bit HDR video recording and improved noise reduction for better low-light video quality, similar to the S25.
