Vivo launches its most affordable 5G phone with MediaTek Dimensity 6300

Vivo launched the Y58 5G a few days ago in India. Now, they have launched yet another smartphone. This time it's the Vivo T3 Lite 5G, the brand's most affordable 5G smartphone yet. In this article, let's get into the details of the Vivo T3 Lite 5G, its specifications, price in Nepal, and so on.

Vivo T3 Lite 5G Overview

Design and Display

The T3 Lite 5G comes in a sleek, and flat design. The device features a dual camera setup on a rectangular island. This island has a reflective finish while the rest of the back panel appears to have more of a matte touch. Meanwhile, the phone also boasts an IP64 rating making it decently durable to dust and water exposure. This phone ships in two colour options: Vibrant Green, and Majestic Black. The Vivo T3 Lite 5G  has a screen size of 6.56 inches with an HD+ resolution. It is an LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate, 269 PPI pixel density, and 840 nits of peak brightness.

Performance

Vivo T3 Lite 5G has MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. This 6nm chipset is designed to offer seamless gaming experiences and smooth overall performance at its price point. Furthermore, it has an AnTuTu score of over 414,564. Additionally, the Vivo T3 Lite 5G comes in two configurations. More specifically, there are two memory choices: 4GB and 6GB, and a sole storage option of 128GB. You can virtually double the memory on this thing, while you can also expand the storage by up to 1TB with a MicroSD card.

Sony Camera

The phone comes with two cameras, the primary of which is a 50MP unit. Vivo mentions that the camera on the T3 Lite  5G is a Sony sensor, which is a welcome addition. However, they do not specify which particular Sony sensor is being used here. Meanwhile, the Vivo T3 Lite 5G also has an auxiliary lens which is a 2MP bokeh camera. In other words, it is more or less a decor. Similarly, on the front, we are getting an 8MP shooter for selfies.

The rest

For power, this thing taps on a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W charging support. The Vivo T3 Lite 5G comes with dual SIM support, but it has a hybrid SIM slot though. Other than that, the connectivity options here include 5G cellular, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth v5.4, and a USB 2.0 Type-C port.

The Vivo T3 Lite 5G was officially launched on 27^th June 2024. The company proudly marketed it as its “most affordable 5G” phone. And it definitely walks the talk with a starting price of INR 10,499. That being said, we expect the starting price of the Vivo T3 Lite 5G in Nepal to be NRP 17,999.
