Vivo has unveiled its latest camera-focused flagship, the Vivo X500 Pro, alongside its siblings, the Vivo X500 Pro Max and Vivo X500. The new flagship continues Vivo’s focus on mobile photography with a ZEISS-backed triple-camera setup, while also bringing a compact design, a large battery, and a high-refresh-rate LTPO AMOLED display. X500 Pro also becomes one of the first smartphones to feature MediaTek’s latest 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset. Starting with the cameras, the Vivo X500 Pro continues the brand’s close partnership with ZEISS and puts a strong emphasis on both photography and videography. The phone features a triple rear camera setup. All three rear cameras support autofocus, while the main and telephoto cameras also come with OIS. Vivo’s first LOFIC Sensor

The main camera is one of the biggest highlights of the X500 Pro. It uses a custom 50MP Sony LYTIA L910 (LOFIC) sensor, developed as part of the ZEISS Ultra Dynamic Main Camera system through Vivo and Sony’s collaboration. The sensor measures 1/1.28-inch and comes with a wide f/1.57 aperture, 24mm equivalent focal length, PDAF, and OIS.

The LYTIA L910 also brings LOFIC (Lateral Overflow Integration Capacitor) technology to the X-series for the first time.
