Vivo has never been the one to provide its customers with a value for money smartphone. Their newest offering dubbed the Vivo Y91c imitates the same. Apart from the big battery and styling, the asking price of Rs 16,790 is a bit too high, but you should get a sizable discount on the purchase though.
Starting off with the specs sheet, the phone gets a 6.22-inch HD+ display. The water drop styled notch houses a 5MP f/1.8 camera. On the back, a 13MP f/2.2 sensor resides alongside the LED flash. MT6762R is the processor in charge, and helping it out is 2GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage.
A sizable 4030mAh battery keeps the device on, while Android 8.1 takes on the software responsibilities with Funtouch OS 4.5 on top. Port selection includes a USB 2.0 and a headphone jack. It gets Bluetooth 4.2, a 2.4G capable Wifi adapter, GPS, OTG support, smart wake, and eye protection mode.
The phone should be available in three colors, Sunset Red, Ocean Blue, and Fusion Black. You also get a protective film pre-applied and a protective casing in the box. So, is the Rs 16,790 a worthy price to pay for the Y91c? As it stands, the Galaxy M10 makes a much better case for itself, or you could add up a bit and aim for the Galaxy M20.
