Along with the Nord 5 series, OnePlus has introduced its newest affordable tablet, the OnePlus Pad Lite, in Europe and the United Kingdom. The Pad Lite aims to deliver a seamless and captivating entertainment experience without breaking the bank, featuring an 11-inch FHD+ 90Hz LCD, Helio G100 CPU, quad speakers, and an optional LTE connectivity. This article will focus on the OnePlus Pad Lite, including its price in Nepal, features, availability, and specifications.

OnePlus Pad Lite: Overview

Design and Display

The OnePlus Pad Lite comes with an 11-inch FHD+ LCD display featuring a 90Hz refresh rate, providing smoother scrolling and animations during browsing and media playback. It has a 16:10 aspect ratio, which provides a fair screen area for reading and enjoyment, and a brightness of up to 500 nits, which ensures good visibility even in bright light.

On the design hand, it features a slim 7.9mm profile and weighs just around 530g, making it lightweight and also easy to handle for longer study or entertainment sessions. The corners are rounded to increase grip comfort, and the bezels are kept thin to maximize the screen space without adding unnecessary bulk. It comes in an Aero Blue finish.

Performance and Memory

Powering the OnePlus Pad Lite is the MediaTek Helio G100 chipset, featuring an octa-core CPU with two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2GHz, paired with the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. This processor is designed to handle daily tasks like browsing, note-taking, and video streaming, and even lightweight gaming. The Pad Lite runs on Android 15 with OxygenOS 15.

Talking about the memory, the Pad Lite is available in 6GB and 8GB LPDDR4x RAM variants, providing enough room for multitasking between study apps, streaming, and light productivity tasks. It is paired with 128GB UFS 2.2 storage, ensuring faster app loading times and smoother file handling compared to traditional eMMC storage in many budget tablets.

Camera and Battery

The OnePlus Pad Lite features a 5MP rear camera capable of recording 1080p videos at 30fps, and on the front, it houses a 5MP selfie camera, which is decent for video calls and online meetings.

Fueling the tablet is a massive 9340mAh battery, delivering up to 11 hours of continuous video playback for uninterrupted binge-watching or browsing. It supports 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging via USB Type-C, allowing users to quickly top up.

OnePlus Pad Lite Price in Nepal and Availability

The OnePlus Pad Lite comes in Aero Blue colour and is priced at 229 Euros for the 6GB + 128GB Wi-Fi model, and the 8GB + 128GB LTE model costs 259 Euros. If it’s launched in Nepal, we can expect the price to be around 37,999 for the Wi-Fi model and 42,999 for the LTE Model.
