Thanks to the aforementioned built-in microphone and speaker, the AQFiT Max GT lets you make and receive Bluetooth phone calls directly from the watch itself. In addition to that, you can also access your phone contacts, view recent call history, and even send text messages via the watch. The Max GT can be paired with both Android and iOS devices.

Health and Fitness
In terms of health and fitness measurement, this smartwatch can log your heart rate, sleep, steps, stress, and even provide personalized fitness recommendations. It’s even got blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and women’s health tracking.
AQFiT Max GT also has a “Multi Sports Mode” that can record everything from walking, running, and cycling to swimming exercises. Addressing privacy and security, AQFiT also mentions the use of advanced encryption technology for secure calls and data transmission.
As for battery life, the Max GT is fueled by a 400 mAh battery which boasts up to 30 days of standby time. But the company hasn’t specified an estimated battery backup under normal usage for this smartwatch.
