Asus VivoWatch 6 Plus Overview
Design and Display
Starting off, the Asus VivoWatch 6 Plus opts for a slightly larger 1.43-inch AMOLED display over the 1.39-inch AMOLED screen we saw in the VivoWatch 6 so that you get a larger viewing area for reading the health data comfortably. Apart from this, it also selects the premium Glass protection with upgraded sapphire-style glass on top of the Gorilla Glass 3 base. That means you dont have to worry about the watch being accidentally scratched during long-term use.

In terms of design, this watch features a titanium case that gives it a more premium, lightweight, and rugged build, compared to the traditional plastic and liquid silicone fiber-reinforced composition we saw in its predecessor. Here, you get 5 ATM water resistance so you can track swimming data easily.
During the official press release, Asus showcases two of the watch's form factors but does not specify which one is used for VivoWatch 6 Plus. However, the circular one in the figure above is considered the one that follows the reference of its predecessor design. So, to get more details about this watch, we need to wait till Asus officially launches VivoWatch 6 Plus.
Health and Fitness tracking
For health tracking, Asus didn't provide details on the core health-tracking features of VivoWatch 6 Plus. However, it is expected to inherit the core health-tracking features that we saw in its predecessor. Here, features like blood pressure, ECG, body composition, stress, and 24/7 baseline metric monitoring are likely to carry over to this new watch as well.

Apart from this, during the press release, Asus confirmed two completely new advanced metrics designed for this new watch. According to Asus, the VivoWatch 6 Plus is all set to get gait analysis to track your walking pattern, balance, and stride, and to give you an alert if any abnormal readings are recorded. Alongside this, it is also set to include sleep and breath analysis to track breathing patterns and alert you to the possibility of sleep apnea.
Though Asus said that this watch will be heavily focused on clinical wellness coaching, it also includes basic fitness features such as multi-sport Tracking, dual-frequency GPS, and swimming data tracking.

Battery and others
Since most of the facts about vivoWatch 6 Plus are still under wraps, the confirmed data on the battery, software, and sensors have not yet been revealed. However, Asus just increased the watch's screen size, which naturally draws more power. In this chaos, Asus is clear that this watch will also target 7 to 10 days of battery life, so we can expect a physically larger battery than its predecessor.
Additionally, VivoWatch 6 Plus can be controlled via the Asus HealthConnect App, available on the Play Store and the Apple App Store. Here you can find compiled data from health monitoring that may be required to detect potential health issues. Further, it is said to have a CareTrack feature that directly sends real-time location and distress notifications to emergency contacts.
