It hasn’t been long since Honor introduced its Honor Power with a huge 8,000mAh battery. Now, the brand announced the Honor X60 GT in China, which runs on the powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip. In this article, we will discuss the Honor X60 GT including its specifications and expected price in Nepal.
Honor X60 GT Overview
Design and Display
Honor has built the X60 GT with a slim and light body with just 7.7mm thick and weighing only 193 grams. On the front, it features a big 6.7-inch AMOLED screen that refreshes at 120Hz and comes with a 2664 x 1200 resolution. Colors must look vibrant with 10-bit support and DCI-P3 wide color gamut, while the 3840Hz PWM dimming is easier on your eyes.
Surprisingly, the display can go up to a whooping 5000 nits of brightness, which makes this device great for outdoor use. Honor also added an IP65 rating for water and dust resistance, and an in-display fingerprint scanner for quick unlocking. It comes in three colors: Titanium Shadow Silver, Titanium Shadow Blue, and Phantom Night Black.
Performance and Battery
Inside, the Honor X60 GT packs the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, which is still a beast for performance. This chipset includes a 3GHz Cortex X2 core, three 2.5GHz Cortex A710 cores, and four 1.8GHz Cortex A510 cores for handling lighter tasks. You also get the Adreno 730 GPU, which means gaming and visuals should run smoothly. In terms of memory, Honor gives 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Moreover, it boots MagicOS 9.0 based on Android 15, so you’re getting the latest software right out of the box.
Battery-wise, this handset uses the company’s special Qinghai Lake battery tech to pack in a 6,300mAh battery. That’s impressive! And thanks to 80W fast charging, you can go from 0 to 100% in around 45 minutes with the charger that comes in the box.

Camera and Rest
When it comes to photography, the Honor X60 GT includes a dual rear setup with a 50MP main camera with OIS and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, you’ll find a 16MP selfie shooter, which should be good enough for clear selfies and video calls.
Connectivity is also solid. The phone supports dual SIM 5G standby, Wi-Fi 6 for faster wireless internet, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and dual-frequency GPS for accurate location tracking. You also get a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack, which is rare these days and honestly nice to see.
