HP outlines its roadmap for Nepal at the Partner Summit 2022 event

Genxt Nepal, the authorized distributor of HP products in Nepal, recently undertook the HP Partner Summit 2022 event to present HP’s future plans for the country. The meeting was held on July 20, 2022, at the Aloft Hotel in Thamel. Read along to know more about the HP Partner Summit 2022.

HP took the stage at the Partner Summit event to elaborate on its plans for the country. Company executives from around the nation attended this one-day event and outlined their plans for new projects.

Takeaway

The main takeaway from this event is that HP will soon launch its new Intel 12th-generation laptops in Nepal. If you look at the market, currently only Ripple, Asus, and Level51 offer Alder Lake-powered machines in Nepal. So HP's entrance will provide buyers with another option.

Furthermore, in order to improve after-sales support, HP will assure the availability of original replacement parts as well as timely maintenance. In general, the after-sales service for laptops is quite abysmal in Nepal given the lack of genuine spare parts. This leaves no alternative for consumers except to use low-grade components imported through the grey market. As a result, HP's effort in this area is noteworthy for both resellers as well as its customers. The company will also introduce its monitors focused on home office purposes. Aside from that, HP intends to launch its printers in Nepal along with genuine components (like Ink cartridges) for faster and more reliable service.
