iQOO has officially launched its premium, performance-focused Pad 6 Pro as the successor to the Pad 5 Pro, alongside the iQOO 15T. As a rebranded version of the vivo Pad 6 Pro, the tablet has the same core specs with minor differences, making it a gaming-centric device. It features a 13.2-inch 4K LCD screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, and a 13,000mAh battery. iQOO Pad 6 Pro Overview

Design and Display

Starting with the design, the iQOO Pad 6 Pro comes with an ultra-slim aluminum alloy body, just like the vivo Pad 6 Pro, to offer a premium, clean, and elegant feel. It measures 6.18mm thin and weighs 663g. The difference you get here is that the tablet is available in Grey Crystal, Isle of Man, and Silverwing color options.

While it uses the same SoC found in the vivo Pad 6 Pro, iQOO has integrated its proprietary “Monster over-core engine”, which is designed to stabilize frame rates during intensive gaming sessions. It is also equipped with a 3D cooling system for thermal management, optimizing overall performance under heavy workloads. 

The company claims that the tablet can run games at up to 4K resolution at 144fps with Monster+ mode, whereas some open-world titles support up to 2.7K at 120fps, making the tablet a gaming-focused device. It is configured with up to 16GB RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. 

On the software side, the iQOO Pad 6 Pro runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and includes PC-level productivity apps such as WPS Office for document management and CapCut Pro optimized for 4K content creation.
