iQOO Z7 Pro unveiled with an impressive AnTuTu score and 66W fast charging

Vivo just unveiled the Pro variant of its iQOO Z7 and it’s pretty impressive with a processor improvement, a display upgrade, and a faster charging speed. In this article, let’s take a peek into the features, specifications, and expected price in Nepal of the iQOO Z7 Pro smartphone.

iQOO Z7 Pro Overview:

Design and Display 

The Z7 Pro definitely takes some design cues from Vivo. It has an attractive back and curved sides. According to iQOO, the Z7 Pro is the “Slimmest and Lightest Phone in the Segment”. It measures 7.36mm in thickness and weighs 175 grams. Z7 Pro secures an IP52 dust and splash resistance rating. The display is one of the main highlights of this phone. It is a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel of 1080x2400 resolution. The screen has a high 120 Hz refresh rate with a 1200Hz touch sampling rate.  It can display over 1 billion colors, reach 1300 nits of peak brightness, and comes with SGS Blue Eye certification.

Performance and Memory

Under the hood, iQOO Z7 Pro is powered by the powerful Dimensity 7200 processor. Fabbed under the 4nm process, this octa-core MediaTek processor has two Cortex A715  cores clocked at 2.8GHz and six Cortex A510 cores at 2.0 GHz. Alongside that, you get the integrated Mali G610 MC4 GPU. The company claims “The Highest AnTuTu score in the under 25k INR segment” with an impressive score of 728911.  The cooling system includes a 3000mm² vapor chamber to disperse heat during intensive workloads.  As for the memory, Z7 Pro comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM alongside (up to) 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage.  You can also allocate some of your storage to act as virtual RAM totalling 16GB (8GB + 8GB virtual).  The phone boots on Android 13 with Vivo’s FuntouchOS 13 on top.

iQOO Z7 Pro rocks a dual camera setup on its back. The main shooter is a 64 MP camera with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) while the secondary is a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, you see a 16MP selfie cam with an aperture of f/2.4.   Fueling the Z7 Pro is a 4600mAh cell(s) with support for up to 66W fast charging. On the bottom, you’ll find the sole speaker grill beside the USB-C port.  The Vivo smartphone comes with Bluetooth 5.3 and WiFi 6.

iQOO Z7 Pro price in Nepal and Availability
