Motorola launched Moto G Power as an affordable smartphone back in January this year. The company has already refreshed it for 2022. The new Moto G Power (2022) has a couple of differences from its predecessor and will be shipping next year. The new Moto G Power (2022) sports a plastic body. It’s 9.36mm thick and weighs around 203 grams. The phone has an official IP52 rating which safeguards it from dust and water drips. Upfront, there’s a 6.5″ HD+ screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio. This IPS panel even supports a 90Hz refresh rate.
Performance and Memory
Under the hood, Motorola has swapped the Snapdragon 662 for Helio G37 in this iteration. There is not much information surrounding the new processor, but it could be a slightly overclocked version of the G35.
This has been paired with 4GB of RAM and 64/128GB of internal storage. Users can also expand the storage further with an external MicroSD card.

Over on the back, Moto G Power (2022) flaunts a triple camera setup. It consists of a 50MP primary sensor accompanied by a 2MP macro and a 2MP depth sensor. Upfront, users get an 8MP selfie shooter. Likewise, it can shoot FHD videos at 30fps with both front and rear cameras. It even has some cool features such as dual capture and auto smile capture.

Moto G Power (2022) packs a massive 5000mAh battery that the company claims can last for up to 3 days. That being said, it just supports 10W charging. The phone boots on My UX based on Android 11, whereas you get a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometrics.
