Design and Build 

As the name suggests, HP Omen 16 (2023) comes with a 16.1-inch display. Its 165Hz IPS LCD panel covers 100% of the sRGB color gamut. The laptop has an 83% screen-to-body aspect ratio and can reach 300 nits of peak brightness. HP Omen 16 (2022) measures 23mm in thickness and weighs around 2.35 kg.

Performance and Memory

Regarding performance, HP Omen 16 (2023) comes with a 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900HX processor and RTX 4060 GPU, which is more than enough for 1080p gaming with 8GB DDR6 VRAM.

However, since the GPU is 40 series, it brings hardware-accelerated Ray Tracing, DLSS supersampling, and other RTX features.

You get two DDR5 SO-DIMM slots, both preinstalled with two 8GB DDR5 sticks. In the future, you can add 16GB sticks to both places. Hence it can have a maximum of 32GB RAM.
