The Galaxy A24 launched some months ago with a 90Hz AMOLED screen and a Helio G99 chipset. Now the rumors about the Galaxy A25 are surfacing online. In this article, we’ll cover all the rumors and leaks surrounding the Samsung Galaxy A25.
Samsung Galaxy A25 Rumors:
Popular benchmarking site, Geekbench has listed the upcoming Galaxy A25 smartphone with the model number Samsung SM-A256B. It also reveals the chipset architecture and RAM size as well.
Exynos 1280 Chipset
The Geekbench listing shows 8GB RAM and an Octa-core processor with six efficiency cores at 2.0 GHz and two performance cores at 2.40 GHz. This likely points to none other than Samsung’s homegrown 5nm Exynos 1280 5G SoC. We have already seen the chipset powering a couple of Samsung devices such as Galaxy A33, Galaxy M33, Galaxy M34, and Galaxy A53. On the GPU side, there is a Mali-G68 MP4.
AMOLED Display
As the A24 4G boasts an AMOLED panel, its apparent 5G successor, will also likely follow the trend. If we go by the renders, the device is sure to retain a U-shaped notch. Likewise, the display size is speculated to be 6.4 inches, and the dimensions are 162 x 77.5 x 8.3mm.
Others
The Galaxy A25 will feature a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5mm headphone jack. On the optics, there will be triple cameras. And booting on Android 14 out of the box as per rumors. We can also expect OneUI 6.0 skin as it’s also currently in the Beta testing phase.
