Design
The Galaxy Watch 7 replaces the Galaxy Watch Classic lineup. It provides the same features as the Galaxy Watch Ultra but comes at a lower price and with less premium materials. The watch is available in 44mm and 40mm sizes and offers a simple, circular design with a bezel-less display. It comes in three colors: green, silver, and cream.The Galaxy Watch 7 features a screen protected by Sapphire Glass and an Armor Aluminum body. It can withstand up to 5 ATM pressure and has MIL-STD-810H certification. The watch is controlled by two side buttons.
Display and Chipset
The 44mm variant of the Galaxy Watch 7 has a 1.5-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 480 x 480 pixels, while the 40mm variant has a 1.3-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 432 x 432 pixels.
The Galaxy Watch 7 runs on Samsung’s new 3 nm Exynos W1000 SoC. It includes 32 GB of storage (with 21 GB usable) and 2 GB of RAM. The smartwatch operates on WearOS 5, making it the first smartwatch series to feature this operating system. The 44mm model includes a 425 mAh battery, and the 40mm model has a 300 mAh battery. Samsung claims the battery life can last up to 30 hours.

Connectivity and Sensors
The Galaxy Watch 7 includes a dual-frequency GPS system, Glonass, Beidou, and Galileo. It also features Samsung’s BioActive sensor, an infrared temperature sensor, and a body composition detector (BIA sensor). Users can control the watch using double pinch gesture controls.
