Samsung Mobile Warranty Rules & Regulation in Nepal
First and foremost, if you have bought a Samsung phone from abroad, you are not eligible for warranty. And your phone will be allowed for repair. That’s one of the few perks of buying your Samsung phone via an authorized distributor in Nepal.
Samsung offers one year of Software warranty and six months on battery for every models they sell here in Nepal. Moreover, Samsung is offering breakage insurance on its high-end models like the Galaxy S20 series and Galaxy Note 9. Unfortunately, Note 10 series doesn’t come with any breakage insurance. So, if you break the glass on either front or back, Samsung will replace it with a new one for a nominal fee of Rs. 6,000.
Also, while visiting a Samsung service center for repair, make sure you carry your warranty card, VAT bill, and Government ID proof.
