Tecno Camon 20 Pro launched with a leather finish, 64MP camera

Tecno’s Camon series distinguishes itself from the Spark lineup through better design and specs. And after launching the Camon 20 Premier a few weeks ago in Nigeria, Tecno has debuted the Camon 20 Pro in the Indian market. So let’s take a look at the specs, features, and expected price of the Tecno Camon 20 Pro in Nepal.

Design and Display

To start with, the Tecno Camon 20 Pro get all the charms on the rear side. The phone brings in a unique textured rear panel with a “lychee” pattern leather for an enhanced hands-on feel. Likewise, Tecno ships this phone in two color options: Serenity Blue and Dark Welkin. The brand has used “Magic Skin” material technology for a skin-friendly, stylish, and easy-to-clean finish.

On the display side, you get a 6.67-inch AMOLED. The Full HD+ screen has a 120Hz refresh rate.

Performance

Under the hood, the Camon 20 Pro has a 5G-ready MediaTek Dimensity 8050 processor. Based on a 6nm process, this chip has one Cortex-A78 super core running at up to 3 GHz, three performance cores at up to 2.6 GHz, and four efficient Cortex-A55 cores at 2 GHz.

As for the memory and storage options, Tecno sells the Pro model in 8/128GB and 8/256GB options. And the phone boots on Tecno’s HiOS 13 based on Android 13.

Let’s talk about the optics now. The Camon 20 Pro gets a triple camera setup, headlined by the 64MP RGBW main shooter with OIS and a couple of 2MP sensors for depth and macro shots. Upfront, it sports a 32MP snapper with dual LED flash for selfies and video calls.

Fueling the Camon 20 Pro is a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. And the connectivity options include 4G, 5G (Pro only), WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC (Pro only), a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. Furthermore, you get dual stereo speakers and an in-display fingerprint scanner as well.
