
Xiaomi is a well-known name in the smartphone industry, but the company also makes a wide range of other products, including TVs, IoT devices, home appliances, and even electric cars. Recently, they launched their latest electric vehicle, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra. In this article, we will discuss the specifications of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra and its availability.
Xiaomi SU7 Ultra Overview
Along with the Xiaomi SU7, the company has also launched the Xiaomi 15 Ultra. As per the CEO, these are the two top-notch products in Xiaomi’s fifteen years of existence. He also claimed that these two products will be the beginning of a new era.
Design and Feature
The SU7 Ultra comes with a sleek premium design. As per Lei, the company has tried making this car comparable to Porsche in performance, Tesla in technology, and German luxury car brands Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Audi in terms of luxury. It comes with a dimension of 5070 x 1970 x 1465 mm, weighs 2360 kg unladen, and 4-door sedan that seats 5 people comfortably.
Performance and Battery
In terms of performance, the EV comes with a max speed of 350 km/h along with a power of AWD 1139 kW (1548 hp) and an acceleration speed of 0-100 km/h in just 2 seconds. For battery, the car packs a capacity of 93.7 kWh battery giving it a long driving range. It can drive up to 630km (391 miles) on a single charge based on a special test, CLTC.
Speaking of connectivity, it uses a liquid-cooled 800V system for fast charging. Moreover, it can charge from 10% to 80% in just 11 minutes using DC fast charging. For regular home charging, the device uses a Type 2 charger.

The car has a 16.1-inch touchscreen in the center for controlling various features and a smaller 7.1-inch display for the driver’s information. Furthermore, the SU7 Ultra comes with a front-rear sensor, a 369-degree camera, and an automatic parking system to make parking easier.
On the safety and driving assistance, the car comes with airbags at the front, side, and rear, and a head airbag system for safety in case of a crash. On top of that, the device is featured with many advanced safety features such as LiDAR (Laser radar), cameras, and sensors to detect obstacles around the car, emergency braking that can stop the car if detects pedestrians or cyclists, Blind Sport Alert and Door Warning to keep you safe. The SU7 Ultra has a self-driving system which means it can drive itself, although you will likely still need to be in control in certain situations.
Xiaomi SU7 Ultra EV Pricing and Availability
The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra garnered 3,680 pre-orders 10 minutes after the pre-sales began. The car has been launched with a price tag of 814,900 yuan (114,200 USD). The Nepali converted price is around NPR 16000000, but this car is not making its way anytime soon in Nepal.
