At the ongoing CES 2023, Acer announced that the Swift 3 laptops will bear the Swift Go moniker moving forward. This makes 2022’s Swift 3 models, which have just arrived in Nepal, the last in the lineup. Design and Display
Depending upon the region, Acer offers the Swift 3 in three screen sizes: 13.5”, 14”, and a 16” variant. That said, the 14” Acer Swift 3 14 (2022) is the only variant— that you can get in Nepal. It brings a beautiful 14” IPS screen with 100% sRGB coverage and 300 nits of brightness. Moreover, the high-end model even features a sharp QHD panel. It also has Acer’s ComfyView technology for a comfortable viewing experience.

Performance and Memory
Under the hood, the 2022 edition of the Acer Swift 3 comes with both Intel and AMD CPUs. Alder. On the Intel side, you can configure it with up to the 12th Gen Intel Core i7-1260P. However, the one available in Nepal is the base variant powered by the Core i5-1250P.
Regardless, the Swift 3 benefits from Intel’s first hybrid architecture, especially when it comes to multi-core performance. For reference, Acer places the 12th Gen Core i5 even above the Core i7 of the Tiger Lake.

The performance gains are not as significant if you go with the AMD version. Here, you get to choose between Ryzen 5 5625U and Ryzen 7 5825U which slightly build on their respective predecessors with higher-clock speeds.
The Swift 3 is not a gaming laptop and is only meant for day-to-day tasks. Still, it packs the TwinAir cooling setup with two fans—with a combined total of 118 blades.
