Dell Monitor Price in Nepal – Overview

      Why Choose Dell Monitors?

Dell has the widest monitor lineup available in Nepal right now, but the reason behind this is more than a simple coincidence. For years, they've been the default office monitor brand for most, including schools, libraries, universities, research labs, and workplaces. But keeping up with the popularity, they haven’t also compromised in the build quality. The ergonomics are taken seriously across almost every model, the three-year warranty is better than most competitors offer locally, and the UltraSharp lineup in particular is excellent for professionals.

Dell Monitor Price Range in Nepal

The range is pretty broad here in Nepal. They start at around twenty-four thousand rupees at the entry end to over two lakhs at the top. Most of the interesting buying decisions happen between forty thousand and one lakh twenty thousand, which is where Dell's lineup is the strongest relative to competition.

Available Dell Monitor Series in Nepal

Five distinct lines are currently available. The UltraSharp for professional and creative work, P-series for business productivity, S-series for home and general office use, C-series for conferencing, and a small gaming selection.

Dell Monitor Series Available in Nepal

Dell S Series (Home and General Office)

The S-series is Dell's most accessible lineup and covers a surprisingly wide range. At the entry end there's a 27-inch FHD IPS at 100Hz with built-in speakers for under thirty thousand rupees, which is one of the most affordable monitors Dell sells in Nepal, and at the same time genuinely good one for students, or even secondary displays. Step up within the S-series and you get 4K options with USB-C charging, full ergonomic stands, and 99% sRGB coverage. The S-series tends to skip the premium connectivity features of the UltraSharp line, but for most use cases it covers everything you actually need.

      Dell P Series (Business)

The P-series sits between S and UltraSharp and provides better color accuracy and ergonomics than the S-series. Nearly every P-series model comes with full stand adjustment including pivot, which is more than most competitors offer at comparable prices. The color coverage is also consistently good. You will see around 99% sRGB across most of the lineup. And there's a touchscreen variant that is suitable for office environments, which is a bit of an outlier in the lineup.

Dell UltraSharp Series (Professional and Creative)

These are IPS Black panels on the higher-end models, which, if you didn’t know, is a technology that delivers contrast ratios closer to VA without VA's response time downsides, that id with factory-calibrated colour accuracy. The 27-inch 4K model is one of the most well-regarded professional displays available in Nepal right now. It is sharp enough for photo and video work, and accurate enough to work on colour grading-related works. On the other hand,  the 32-inch 4K has the same bigger screen size with the same panel quality.

      Dell C Series (Conferencing)

One model currently available is a 34-inch curved ultrawide QHD IPS with a built-in 5MP webcam, microphone array, and speakers. It's an all-in-one conferencing monitor that is designed for people who spend a significant part of their day on video calls and want to eliminate the peripheral clutter of a separate webcam and speaker setup. The monitor is useful for multitasking, you can put two documents side by side, a spreadsheet and a browser, a timeline and a preview window. Although it must be said that the price is high, the built-in conferencing hardware justifies a meaningful chunk of it.

      Dell Gaming Monitors

Dell's gaming lineup in Nepal is small compared to others. There are only two models, one flat IPS and one curved VA,  but both come with a 165Hz refresh rate. Despite all this, I don’t think this is an exciting product at all. There are better gaming monitors in Nepal, and especially if you are serious about this, you can check out ASUS ROG or Koorui ultrawide options. Anyway, if you want to consider this regardless, then it won’t be regrettable either. Both of these models are pretty well-built and come with full ergonomic stands. The curved 32-inch VA delivers the deeper contrast and more immersive feel that VA panels are known for at this price.
