Corsair, a household name when it comes to gaming products and computer accessories has made debut in the Nepali market. Started back in 1994, the high-performance DRAM manufacturer eventually moved on to high-quality gaming equipment. And at present, their target audience includes both e-sports athletes and enthusiasts as well as general gamers alike. We, as tech enthusiasts, are pretty stoked by this and look forward to what Corsair will add to the gaming community in Nepal.
Corsair is basically a brand that manufacturers and sells gaming peripherals and hardware. They are pretty much on top of their field and have an ever-expanding lineup of products. Their portfolio includes mechanical keyboards, gaming mouse/mice, gaming headsets, and gaming chairs. On top of those, their selection of PC components is even bigger. For instance, they sell high-performance RAM, Power supplies, liquid coolers, FANs, storage all the way to custom coolers.
Also, in their lineup are Corsair’s pre-built PCs. Their range of Corsair One Compact PCs is the go-to pre-build gaming CPUs for most, especially for those who don’t want the hassle of assembling a PC themselves. These PCs are also pretty compact, just like the name suggests. But they also offer workstation grade PCs.
And it doesn’t end there, they provide a component for every scenario. Need a premium individually sleeved peripheral cable? Yup…that, too. Safe to say, they provide a variety of computer accessories. And among all their product lineups, the most notable is their PC cases.
In addition, their’Corsair iCUE‘ is a proprietary software to synchronize and control all compatible devices. It includes synchronizing RGB colors across all your Corsair devices, fan controls, voltages, temperature monitor, power management, and more. Pretty sweet, isn’t it?

Apart from tangible hardware, they also invest in programs like “Student Brand Ambassadors”, streamer programs and sponsor eSports teams. Also, they recently acquired Elgato, a hardware and software provider for content creators.
Debut in the Nepali Market
Pine Overseas is the authorized distributor for Corsair products in Nepal. Rajesh Dugar, Managing Director at Pine says, “We are happy to add CORSAIR to our strong brand portfolio. This association is testimony to our reputation as one of the leading and strong players in the IT hardware and accessories distribution market. We are looking forward to work closely with CORSAIR, extend our resources and support to promote best of breed products from CORSAIR to market.”
At the event, they showcased a few products, most of which, included cases, mouse, keyboards, headphones, and power supplies. Of course, there was a lot more to be seen than what they showcased at the event, for obvious reasons.
Either way, we will be coming up with a complete list of prices for all Corsair products which are actually already available in Nepal soon. Furthermore, we have assurance from them that the prices will be very similar here in Nepal, to that of the Indian market.
If you’re a gamer, do you like Corsair’s products? What do you think about their entry in Nepal?
