Here, we will be discussing the latest price and the availability of Apple iMac and Mac Mini in Nepal. Apple’s iMac lineup of computers has a reputation for being a solid device with a sleek design, stellar screen, and powerful internal hardware. With all this, they most definitely don’t come cheap, but then again, which Apple product does anyway except for the Mini that is, which is a solid bang for your buck (especially in the base variant) if all you want is the brains and no fancy extras.
For those who are on the lookout for a device on which they can edit videos, use CAD software, and so on, iMacs and Mac Minis are next to perfect. Moreover, you get access to software exclusive to Apple, which is an added bonus. Although the price of Apple iMac in Nepal is quite high compared to the international market, these still remain among the top choices for professional creators. The latest Mac Minis are quite decently priced making them popular among students and office folks as well.
A matter of ecosystem & ease
Now, I know that there are people who believe that custom rigs are the best when it comes to PCs. And for the most part, I agree with them. After all, you can build a great PC on which you can play games, edit videos, and do all of your stuff—all for a lot less than what a traditional iMac would cost.
However, some people just don’t want to go through all the trouble of building a custom rig and buying a great system. And in that regard, I think iMacs are the best. Moreover, it’s super difficult to build a PC that can match the price to performance of the base Mac Minis so there’s that to consider as well.
In Nepal, one can buy an iMac and Mac Minis from different Apple-authorized stores like EvoStore, Oliz Store, or third-party stores like Hukut. Down below, we have compiled a list of various Apple iMac and Mac Minis models available in Nepal along with their respective prices. Let’s begin.
iMac Pros are currently unavailable in Nepal, we’ll be sure to include them here once they are official!

iMac 24 (2023) Overview
There are two iterations of iMacs currently available in Nepal. So, let’s start things off with last year’s M3-based iMacs. The base variant has an 8-core CPU, and 8-core GPU, with 8GB of unified memory and 256GB of internal memory. That’s the memory curse that plagued the last gen Mac lineup but luckily there are also 16GB and 512GB configurations that you can get your hands on. But we recommend maybe skipping those, as newer M4 iMacs solve this big time but more on that later. The high-end versions also offer one Gigabit Ethernet port, two USB-C in addition to two Thunderbolt 3/USB 4 ports, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

iMac 24 2023 has a slim and colorful design. There are seven different color options to choose from, whose availability depends on the variant. Its 24″ 4.5K Retina display boasts Wide Color, True Tone technology, and a peak brightness of 500 nits.

iMac 24 (2024) Overview
On the outside, we don’t really see a lot of changes in terms of design or form factor once again. But the new M4 chip is super quick in terms of single-threaded workflow, and even the base iMacs now ship with 16GB of unified memory. That makes the default 8 Core CPU/GPU with 16/256GB storage a more appealing option than speccing up last gen’s M3 iMac.

The 24″ display boasts the same 4.5K resolution with Wide Color, True Tone, and a peak brightness of 500 nits. There are a variety of fresh new colors, including green, yellow, orange, pink, purple, blue, and silver. You get a 12MP centerstage camera and up to 4 Thunderbolt 4 ports for connectivity. There’s WiFi 6E and BT 5.3 for wireless connections while you do get a 3.5mm audio jack as well. Of course, don’t forget about Apple Intelligence on the new machine and the bundled keyboard and mouse combo.

Mac mini (M4)
The newest Mac mini with its redesigned form factor, super powerful CPU, and upgraded memory configuration took the world by storm when it was first unveiled a couple of months back. Now, this tiny computer is officially available in Nepal for a sweet asking price of under 1 lakh rupees.

The new Mac mini has a 5″ x 5″ form factor that’s half the footprint of its predecessor. It’s got Apple’s unbinned M4 chip with 4 performance cores, 6 efficiency cores, 10 GPU cores, and a 16-core neural engine. The base variant ships with 16GB of fast unified memory alongside 256GB of flash memory. It’s the best choice for a relatively affordable machine to suit your college, or work needs. Professionals can even opt for the Pro variant which brings upgraded Thunderbolt 5 ports, larger memory bandwidth, and more powerful CPU and GPU.
