Samsung has been refreshing its portfolio of budget and mid-range smartphones lately. After Galaxy A34 and A54, the company has now added a new device to its F series lineup, the Galaxy F14. In this article, we will look at the specs, features, and expected price of the Samsung Galaxy F14 5G in Nepal.

      Samsung Galaxy F14 5G Overview:

      Design and Display

Expect in few areas, the Galaxy F14 have a lot in common with the recently announced Galaxy M14. That starts with the design itself as the smartphone boasts a curved back panel, and a Infinity-V cutout on the front. It has a plastic back / frame, alongside a 6.6-inch display on the front. This is an PLS LCD screen with 90Hz refresh rate, and Full HD+ resolution. Samsung has also offered a Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the display, which is missing from Galaxy M14, by the way.

The smartphone measures 9.4mm while it weighs at 205g. The naming of the color variants for Galaxy F14 is a bit interesting this time around as Samsung calls them O.M.G. Black, G.O.A.T. Green, and B.A.E. Purple.

      Performance

Regardless, powering the smartphone is Samsung's homegrown Exynos 1330 SoC, which also backs the A14 5G and M14 5G. This 5nm silicon boasts 5G with 13 bands and has two Cortex A78 cores running at 2.4GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0GHz. And there is Mali-G68 MP2 GPU onboard for handling the graphics.

Users can also virtually expand the RAM up to 12GB. The phone boots on Android 13-based OneUI 5 out-of-the-box. Samsung has also promised 2 major OS updates and 4 years of security updates.

      Camera

For the optics, Samsung has opted for a dual camera setup on the F14 5G. The primary lens is a 50MP shooter with an f/1.8 aperture. It is followed by a 2MP macro sensor. Whereas on the front side, you get a 13MP camera for snapping selfies and taking video calls.
