Realme has introduced a groundbreaking concept smartphone featuring an enormous 10,000mAh battery. While the handset is still in its concept stage, it offers a glimpse into the future of long-lasting smartphones. According to Realme, this concept phone can deliver multiple days of usage on a single charge, effectively tackling “battery anxiety” for users.

Central to this achievement is the use of an ultra-high silicon-content anode battery. This features a 10% silicon ratio (currently the highest in the industry) and boasts an energy density of 887Wh/L.

The real innovation lies in the phone’s internal engineering. Realme has introduced what it calls the “Mini Diamond Architecture,” a unique internal layout that rearranges components to create space for the large battery. This design breakthrough enables the use of the world’s narrowest Android mainboard, which measures just 23.4mm in width. This reconfiguration has reportedly earned the company over 60 international patents.

Moreover, the concept phone also features a semi-transparent back cover. This will allow users a view of its internal components, including the compact mainboard and the enormous battery. The visual design element underscores Realme’s commitment to blending aesthetics with cutting-edge innovation.

Blazing-fast 320W charging support

Complementing the massive battery is support for 320W wired fast charging. That makes it one of the fastest charging technologies ever demonstrated in a smartphone. We were speculating on this Supersonic Charge a while ago, and it looks like it is coming to the real world finally. This advancement builds upon Realme’s earlier breakthroughs, such as the 150W charging on the GT Neo3 and 240W on the GT3. Though the 320W charging capability remains part of the concept stage, it reflects Realme’s continued focus on high-performance power solutions.

Realme has not disclosed when or if this concept phone will reach commercial production. However, the company has hinted that future GT-series smartphones, such as the anticipated Realme GT 7 lineup, could incorporate some of these innovations.
