iQOO Pad 5 launched with 144Hz display and Dimensity 9300+ processor

iQOO, the Vivo subbrand, has launched the iQOO Pad 5 in China. This new tablet arrives with a 144Hz refresh rate and a Mediatek Dimensity 9300+ gaming processor. Here in this article, we’ll walk through the specs, features, and expected price of the iQOO Pad 5 in Nepal.

Kicking off with the design, the iQOO Pad 5 boasts a refreshing look. The rear side features a protruding camera lens housed in a circular module. Under the hood, the iQOO Pad 5 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor, a flagship-level chipset built on a 4nm process and clocked at up to 3.4GHz. The tablet also features a 12-core Immortalis-G720 GPU, offering smooth graphical performance for both games and everyday apps. To keep the system cool during intensive tasks, iQOO has packed a double-sided graphite heat dissipation system covering 34,200mm² surface area.

Memory-wise, this tab is available with 8/12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 128/256/512GB of fast UFS 4.1 storage. Likewise, booting this slate is Vivo’s OriginOS 5, built on top of Android 15.

In terms of optics, this new tablet sports an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing unit. It gets its juice from a 10,000mAh battery paired with 44W charging support. Connectivity features support WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port.
