JBL Wave Flex BT earbuds launching in Nepal with 32 hours of playback

Nepal is bringing a bunch of new JBL products here, and JBL Wave Flex is one of them. The product is similar to Tune Flex but without the ANC part. These pair of earbuds bring in JBL’s audio with a long-lasting battery life and a fairly decent list of specs. So, without further ado, let’s quickly dive into the specifications, features, and price of JBL Wave Flex BT earbuds in Nepal.

Stick-open design

As for the design, JBL Wave Flex features half-in-ear/open-fit earbuds, which JBL refers to as a “stick-open” design. According to them, this design offers an ergonomic fit for the ears, and the “stick” likely refers to the stem of the earbuds. This stem allows users to control music playback, calls, and volume without needing to pick up their phone. 

Additionally, both the buds and the case get LEDs over here to indicate their connection or charging status. The Wave Flex is lightweight, with the buds weighing 3.8 grams per piece, and the case adding approximately 35 grams of extra weight to carry around. Likewise, it comes with an IP54 rating, providing protection against water and dust. Even the case is IPX2 rated.

The color options available in the market are Blue, White, Beige, and Black. However, only two are arriving in Nepal: Black and Blue ones.

On the flip side, the Wave Flex highlights the “Deep Bass Sound”, thanks to its 12mm drivers. You also have a microphone built-in, facilitating Smart Ambient technology for ENC as well as Ambient Aware and TalkThru for transparency mode.

Battery and the rest

The JBL Wave Flexis rated for 8 hours of battery life. On the other hand, the charging case extends the battery life by 24 hours, giving a total endurance of 32 hours. And if the battery runs low, just two hours of charging will bring it back to full. Moreover, the Wave Flex supports Bluetooth 5.2 for wireless connectivity.
