Realme’s reports suggest that the company was successful in attracting 15 million users in the first half of 2020. With this, Realme has a total of 40 million users worldwide. Since its establishment in 2018, the company has expanded in 59 countries across 5 continents.

Counterpoint has named Realme the fastest growing smartphone brand for four consecutive quarters now. Earlier this year, it reported that the company managed 157% YoY growth in the first quarter.

According to the reports from Counterpoint and IDC, Realme has managed to rank among the top 4 smartphone brand in India, Thailand, Egypt, and Cambodia. Similarly, the company is part of the top 5 smartphone brands in Vietnam, Ukraine, Myanmar, Phillippines, and Indonesia.

Realme’s plan for future

In 2020, Realme has expanded its portfolio of products to AIoT and lifestyle devices. To keep the operation smooth, the company has announced the 1+4+N strategy. The company’s main priority will be on smartphones. Realme is planning to sell over 100 million smartphones in the next three years. The “4” in the 14N strategy stands for speakers, earphones, TVs, and watches, which will be the company’s main offering in the lifestyle segment. Similarly, under them will be numerous other smart accessories. Realme plans to sell over 50 AIoT products in 2020 and 100 in next year.
