The Redmi Projector 2 is an upgrade from the previous model, the Redmi Projector. It boasts a display with up to 180 CVIA lumens of brightness, significantly brighter than its predecessor. Moreover, it comes with an omnidirectional correction AI algorithm. This features a zoom motor that automatically handles focus while powering up.
Smart Features, Connectivity, and More
The Redmi Projector 2 can show images up to 100 inches in size, and it has a 1080p resolution. It’s smart too, with features like automatic focus, screen alignment, and avoiding obstacles. Furthermore, you get built-in speakers, Bluetooth, HDMI, and USB ports. The users can control it with their voice and add it to their smart home.
Another interesting feature is, that the projector employs a fully sealed custom optical engine and is complemented by a high-definition ultra-transparent lens, ensuring a lifespan of up to 10 years.

With 300 CVIA lumens of brightness, the Redmi Projector 2 Pro ensures an exceptionally vivid and clear display.
It also increases light efficiency utilization by 50% and offers even higher brightness. It features a sturdy metal front case and a customized aspherical lens, enhancing image clarity and delicacy.
Smart features
It maintains a 1080P resolution and a throw ratio of 1.2:1. The projector is equipped with a professionally customized TOF laser sensing module, along with an HD camera and AI intelligent algorithm.
The intelligent adaptive system incorporates a six-axis gyroscope for rapid and automatic correction without the need for manual adjustments.
Connectivity, and More
Connectivity options include USB, HDMI, and Audio jack ports. The projector is powered by the Amlogic T950D4 chip and offers 1.5GB+32GB storage specifications. It also features dual built-in speakers and WANOS China Atmos virtual sound field encoding technology.

In China, the Redmi Projector 2 is available for pre-order in China, it’s priced at 999 yuan (~US$137), with a regular price of 1,299 yuan (~US$178). Likewise, the Redmi Projector 2 Pro is currently available for pre-order at 1,399 yuan (~US$191), with a regular price of 1,699 yuan (~US$233). If it ever launches in Nepal, we can expect the Redmi Projector 2 and Redmi Projector 2 Pro price in Nepal to start from NPR 24,999.
