The Galaxy Z Flip 5 recently got unveiled with a bigger cover display and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy SoC. And now the rumors surrounding its upcoming successor, the Z Flip 6 are here already. In this article, we’ll be talking about the alleged specs, features, and other rumors surrounding the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 Rumors:
Upgraded Cameras
As per GalaxyClub, a Dutch tech site, the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 6 is on tests already at Samsung. It will likely get a 50MP main camera, a notable resolution bump from the 12MP sensor, currently used on the Flip 5. The device is codenamed B6 while the site also mentions another codename, ‘Q6’ which is for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6.

Well, there is no solid info regarding the ultrawide camera upgrade. We might get to see some other sort of improvements if it’s not about an upgraded resolution.
Snapdragon 8 Gen 3
The launch of the Flip 6 is still a year away. Still, as Samsung launches its foldable phone with a flagship chip, we can surely anticipate a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 silicon for the Flip 6. Or a customized version for Galaxy would be even better for some extra horsepower.
Others
On the software side, the foldable phone will likely boot on OneUI 6 built on top of Android 14. And the company might equip it with a bigger battery and faster charging.
