Motorola has been consistently releasing phones under its Moto G series. Now they have added another member to the series in Nepal. This time with a new MediaTek chipset straight out of the foundry. This article will discuss the Moto G64 5G in further detail, including its official price in Nepal.

Moto G64 5G Overview

Design and Display

The latest Moto offering comes with the older design language from the company. This phone comes with a squircle camera bump with a significant protrusion. This is a step away from recent Moto offerings that hadthe camera bump seamlessly blend into the phone’s back. The Moto G64 5G comes in a 3D Premium PMMA body and offers an IP52 water-repellent design.

You get a 6.5-inch display on the front with an IPS LCD panel. Additionally, it spans FHD+ in resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The Moto G64 5G screen is surrounded by sizable bezels, especially on the chin area. It is available in three finishes: Mint Green, Pearl Blue, and Ice Lilac.

Performance

Under the hood, the Moto G64 5G comes with the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 chipset. This is the first phone in the world to feature this chipset. It has eight cores, 6nm fabrication, and a peak clock speed of 2.5GHz. Looking at it, the new chip is a slightly overclocked variant of the Dimensity 7020.

Other than that, this phone ships in two configurations. The lower one comprises 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM. Meanwhile, the higher configuration comes with 12 gigs of memory and 256 gigs of internal storage. Both variants support up to 1TB of external storage. On the software side, the Moto G64 5G boots on Android 14 with My UX on top. The company promises one OS update and three years of security patches on this phone.

Camera and the rest

In the optics department, it comes with a dual camera setup on the back while having a single front-facing camera. The rear camera includes a 50MP primary camera with OIS support, coupled with an eight-megapixel ultrawide shooter. The main camera uses Quad Pixel technology due to which the effective resolution of the camera changes to 12.5MP. Meanwhile, the auxiliary lens on the Moto G64 5G also doubles down as a macro shooter. Lastly, the front camera is a 16MP unit that is utilised for facial recognition as well.

Powering the entire system is a 6,000 mAh battery that supports 30W TurboPower charging. The phone, however, ships with a 33W charger in the box. You get a dual speaker as well as a dual microphone setup on the Moto G64 5G. In the meantime, it comes with a hybrid SIM slot while eSIM support is region-specific. Motorola has added one more model to its mid-range smartphone series by introducing the Moto G45 5G. And it’s official in Nepal. In this article, we will discuss everything we know about the Moto G45 including its specs, features, and official price in Nepal.

Moto G45 5G Overview

Design and Display

The Moto G45 5G has a similar design to Motorola’s other recent offerings with the seamless camera island. The phone is available in three colors: Brilliant Blue, Brilliant Green, and Viva Magenta. All the options come with a vegan leather finish on the back panel. On top of that, it has an IP52 rating and is “water repellent”.

Moving on to the display, it features a 6.5-inch display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The company does not mention the type of panel on the Moto G45 5G, and sidelines it saying “Bright Display”. This likely means that it is an LCD and might have relatively high brightness compared to other devices in the same price range. Other than that, it features a variable refresh rate between 60Hz to 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz.

This phone was expected to sport a Snapdragon 6 series processor, and it indeed does. The Moto G45 5G comes with the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 which is apparently the segment’s fastest 5G processor. This silicon is basically the same as Snapdragon 695 5G from a few years back.

Additionally, the phone is available in two memory options: 4GB and 8GB. On the other hand, you only get a single storage option of 128GB. The Moto G45 5G allows you to virtually extend the RAM and achieve up to 16GB combined memory. It will likely offer external storage expansion as well. Software-wise, it boots on Android 14 and will receive one year of OS and three years of security updates.

The Moto G45 5G arrives with a 5,000mAh battery, that can be charged via a USB-C port. On the camera end, for selfies, have a 16-megapixel front camera, and the rear panel houses a 50-megapixel primary camera. Motorola launched two new phones in the midrange segment — Moto G35 5G and Moto G55 5G a while ago in India. The former is the more affordable offering between the two and the main highlight of this article. It is also launching soon in Nepal. We will also discuss the expecetd price of Moto G35 5G in Nepal alongside its specs, features, and availability info.

Moto G35 5G Overview

Design and Display

At this point, we need not talk much about the design of Motorola phones. They all have started to look the same. It appears the company has agreed upon a universal aesthetic for its phone. The Moto G35 5G is no different with its integrated camera island and water-repellent design. It is available in three shades: Guava Red, Leaf Green, and Midnight Black. The former two have vegan leather up their backs while the latter is just the regular plastic slab.

Meanwhile, the Moto G35 5G has a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protecting its display. Which is a 6.72-inch LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 240Hz touch sampling rate. It also offers FHD+ resolution and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits.

Other than that, this phone offers either 4GB or 8GB RAM while allowing for virtual extension by up to twofold. In the meantime, buyers can choose between 128GB or 256GB internal storage. Similarly, the storage on the Moto G35 5G can be expanded by up to 1TB via a MicroSD card.

Lenovo has launched the Legion Tab Gen 3 as the successor to its previous Gen 2 model. This new tablet comes with an 8.8-inch 2.5K display and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. In this article, we’ll dive into the specifications, features, and expected price of the Lenovo Legion Tab (2025) in Nepal.

Design and Display

The Lenovo Legion Tab (2025) retains a similar design to its predecessor. It features dimensions of 780 x 129.46 x 7.79mm and weighs just 350g. Moreover, it boasts an impressive 8.8-inch 2.5K LCD screen with a 165Hz refresh rate. The tablet offers a 16:10 aspect ratio, 144Hz touch sampling rate in gaming, and covers 98% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.

Performance and Memory

At its core, the Legion Tab is powered by the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. This octa-core processor includes a 1-core Cortex-X4 at 3300 MHz, three Cortex-A720 cores at 3150 MHz, two Cortex-A720 cores at 2960 MHz, and two Cortex-A5220 cores at 2270 MHz.

For the graphics, it supports Adreno 750 GPU. Additionally, to keep things cool during intense use, the tablet features a 14% larger Legion Coldfront vapor chamber.

In terms of memory, the Legion Tab comes equipped with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage, expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card. Furthermore, the device runs on Android 14 with ZUI 16.1 and promises 3 years of OS updates and 4 years of security updates.

With the advent of the new laptop processors, Lenovo has refreshed its Legion lineup with a new iteration of the Legion 7. The new Legion 7i (2025) will run powerful Arrow Lake processors alongside NVIDIA’s Blackwell Max Q 50 series laptop GPUs. Here, let’s briefly go through the specs and changes, alongside the expected price in Nepal and availability of the Lenovo Legion 7i (2025).

Lenovo Legion 7i (2025) Overview

Design and Display

The Legion 7i is an all-metal premium gaming laptop aimed at gamers and those in the STEM field. It’s thinner and lighter than other 16-inch gaming beasts like the Legion Pro weighing less than 2 kg and measuring less than 16mm thick. It features a redesigned chassis and will be available in ‘Glacial White’ and ‘Eclipse Black’ color options.

For the display, you can spec the Legion 7i (2025) with up to a 1600p OLED screen that runs at 240Hz. The 16:10 panel will have ultra-low response times (<1ms), cover the whole of the DCI-P3 color gamut, and reach up to 500 nits at max brightness. There are plenty of other bells and whistles too including G-sync support, Dolby Vision, hardware low-blue light certification, and X-Rite Pantone calibration for accurate colors out of the box.

Performance and Memory

As the suffix at the end of the name suggests, the Legion 7i (2025) will be running Intel’s chips topping out at the latest Core Ultra 9 275HX Arrow Lake processor. It’s the blue team’s (near) flagship offering with 24 cores and threads with a peak boost of 5.4 GHz. On the GPU side, you can get up to an RTX 5070 card with 8GB of GDDR7 memory and a 115W TGP. Continuing with the norm, there’s a new LA3 AI chip to optimize overall performance by allocating resources as required. Lenovo says that the new Legion 7i stays ‘cool’ and is ‘up to 7dB’ quieter than its predecessor thanks to their Coldfront Hyper tech.

Moving on, the Arrow Lake processor supports faster DDR5 memory so the Legion 7i can be specced with 32GB-6400 alongside a 2TB Gen 4 SSD. Surprisingly no Gen 5 here!

Battery and Extras

Under the hood, there’s an 84 Wh cell powered by a 245W adapter. There are plenty of ports with a Thunderbolt 4, another Type-C, two Type-As, an HDMI, a 3.5mm jack, and an SD card slot. For wireless connectivity, there’s WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.2.
