Vivo Y04s launched with Unisoc T612 and 6000mAh battery

0

Vivo just quietly dropped the Y04s, and to tell you briefly, it is clearly a budget phone and not made for gaming or anything like that. But this thing does pack a massive 6000mAh battery with basic specs that should handle daily tasks without breaking the bank. So, let’s dive in this article, where I will take you through what exactly is this Y04s even about, including its price potential for Nepal, specifications, and availability.

Vivo Y04s Overview

Display and Design

Vivo Y04s Price in Nepal

The Y04s doesn’t seem to attempt at being anything fancy precisely because it’s Vivo’s entry-level phone that focuses on battery life over performance. So, you’re getting a 6.74-inch HD+ LCD with up to 90Hz refresh rate, which in my opnion is good enough for scrolling through social media. The Crystalline Matte finish on the back actually looks pretty clean, and they’ve thrown in IP64 rating plus MIL-STD-810H certification, so it can handle some drops and splashes. Meanwhile, At 202g, it’s definitely hefty — that big battery has to go somewhere.

The Unisoc T612 chipset is basically budget territory, but it’ll run your basic apps fine. Vivo’s paired it with 4GB RAM plus 4GB extended RAM (which uses storage as RAM), so you get 8GB total on paper. Storage is just 64GB, but at least it’s expandable up to 1TB via microSD.

Camera and Battery Life

Camera setup is pretty basic — 13MP main shooter with a QVGA depth sensor, plus a 5MP front camera. Nothing groundbreaking here, but it should handle your Instagram posts fine. The real star is that 6000mAh battery. Even with just 15W charging, this thing should easily last two days of normal use.

It runs Funtouch OS 14 on top of Android 14, which is Vivo’s take on Android that some people love and others find a bit much.

Other Stuff

The side-mounted fingerprint sensor is a nice touch, and you get all the basics like dual SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, and even FM radio. There’s also OTG support if you need to connect USB drives.

Elgato capture cards launched in Nepal with 4K recording support

0

Elgato just dropped five new capture cards in Nepal, and to tell you briefly, these are basically the tools that let you record or stream your gameplay without your console or PC breaking a sweat. The lineup ranges from the budget-friendly Neo all the way up to the flagship 4K Pro, covering pretty much every streaming need you can think of. So, let’s dive in this article, where I will take you through what exactly these Elgato capture cards, including their prices in Nepal, specifications, and availability.

Elgato Capture Cards Overview

What’s Elgato All About?

Elgato’s basically the name everyone might have knowledge of when it comes to streaming gear. If you do not know, well it was founded back in the late ’90s in Germany and now owned by Corsair, they’ve built their reputation making stuff that streamers and content creators actually want to use. Beyond capture cards, they make those popular Stream Decks, professional webcams, microphones, and lighting setups. Think of them as the Apple of streaming gear — everything works together, and it usually just works.

What Even Is a Capture Card?

A capture card is something that takes whatever your console or PC is displaying and sends a copy to another computer for recording or streaming. So you plug your PlayStation into the capture card, the card connects to your streaming PC, and boom — you can play at full quality while recording everything. The best part is that your gaming performance doesn’t take a hit because the capture card handles all the heavy lifting separately.

Elgato Capture Cards Overview

Entry-Level: Game Capture Neo

Game capture neo

The Neo is Elgato’s “just get me started” option. It’ll pass through 4K60 HDR to your TV so games look crisp, but records at 1080p60 — which is perfectly fine for most streamers anyway. It’s basically a USB dongle that you plug in and forget about. No complicated setup, no software headaches, just connect and go. For someone dipping their toes into streaming, this makes total sense.

Mid-Range: HD60 X and 4K S

The HD60 X has been around for a while and it’s solid — 4K60 HDR passthrough with 1080p60 HDR recording.  The 4K S is the newer kid that can actually record in full 4K60, plus it handles incredibly high frame rates like 1080p at 240fps. If you’re into competitive gaming or want future-proofing, the 4K S is where things get interesting.

High-End: 4K X and 4K Pro

The 4K X is where Elgato flexes with HDMI 2.1 support. We’re talking 4K144 recording and passthrough, which is overkill for most people but perfect if you have a high-end gaming setup. The 4K Pro goes internal (PCIe card) and supports 8K passthrough while recording 4K — it’s basically for people with dual-PC streaming setups who want absolutely zero compromises.

Hollyland LARK MAX 2 launched in Nepal with professional wireless audio

Hollyland just dropped their LARK MAX 2 wireless mic system in Nepal, and honestly, it’s looking like a solid upgrade for content creators who are tired of dealing with audio headaches. The thing comes in three different combos depending on how many people you need to mic up. So, let’s dive in this article, where I will take you through what exactly is this LARK MAX 2 even about, including its price in Nepal, specifications, and availability.

LARK MAX 2 Overview

What you’re actually getting

hollyland LARK MAX 2 design

I think wireless mics can be a pain. But Hollyland seems to have figured out the annoying bits. The LARK MAX 2 packs 32-bit audio recording right into each transmitter, which means even if your wireless signal craps out, you’ve still got backup audio.

Each little transmitter weighs just 0.5 oz and clips onto clothes with this magnetic thing that actually stays put. And here’s the kicker — they’ve got AI noise cancellation that’s supposedly trained on tons of real-world audio data. So it knows the difference between your voice and, say, a motorcycle revving in the background.

Audio Quality and Performance

The system pushes 48kHz/32-bit audio throughout the entire chain.  Plus, it handles up to 128 dB SPL, so it basically means that even if someone’s basically shouting, it won’t distort.

Range-wise, you’re looking at 1115 feet in perfect conditions. In the real world with walls and interference? Probably less, but still pretty decent. The latency sits at 20ms, which is low enough that you won’t notice any weird lip-sync issues.

Battery Life and Practical Stuff

Each transmitter runs for 11 hours straight, and with the charging case, you get 36 hours total. That’s more than enough for a full day shoot without constantly worrying about battery levels. The receivers work with both cameras (via 3.5mm) and phones (USB-C), and there’s even a Lightning adapter for older iPhones. Everything charges via USB-C, which is refreshing in 2025.

The Three Combo Options

Hollyland’s selling three versions: The basic 2-Person Combo gives you two mics and the essentials. The 4-Person version just adds more transmitters for bigger productions. But the Ultimate Combo? That one includes wireless monitoring earphones and lavalier mics, which is actually pretty useful if you’re doing solo content creation.

LARK MAX 2 Specifications

  • Audio Quality: 32-bit/48kHz full-chain transmission
  • Frequency Response: 20Hz to 20kHz
  • Maximum SPL: 128 dB
  • Wireless Range: Up to 1115 feet (line of sight)
  • Latency: 20ms maximum
  • Battery Life: 11 hours per transmitter, 36 hours with case
  • Charging Time: 1.5 hours
  • Weight: 0.5 oz per transmitter
  • Storage: 8GB internal (14 hours recording)
  • Connectivity: 2.4GHz digital, USB-C, 3.5mm TRS
  • Features: AI noise cancellation, auto gain control, timecode sync
  • App: LarkSound (iOS/Android)

Realme Mobile Price in Nepal [Updated 2025]

Here, you can find the list of all the latest Realme mobile phones officially available in Nepal, along with the complete specifications, key features, official price, and availability.

Realme: Brand Overview

Realme started out as a sub-brand of Oppo to rival Xiaomi’s Redmi in the South Asian market. However, it is now one of the fastest-growing smartphone brands in the world. The company has a presence in the Nepali market as well.

Realme phones are loved by their consumer because of their high-end specs at a low cost. With the tagline “Dare to Leap,” Realme phones primarily focus on youths, while its newer offerings are presented as great options for different demographics. Similarly, the company is also an early adopter in the smartphone industry, bringing new exciting features to its budget and mid-range phones.

In 2020, Realme also entered the accessories segment by launching its power banks, wireless TWS earphones, and fitness bands. In addition, the company also launched Smart TVs, Smartwatches, and other IoT products in May 2020.

  • Meanwhile, also check out all the prices and specs of Realme products here

Realme in Nepal

Realme has been officially present in Nepal for some years now. It entered the market in 2019 with Jagadamba Mobiles Pvt. Ltd., serving as the national distributor (ND). However, Realme later appointed Pashupati Tradeline Pvt. Ltd as its new ND. The company has launched many products, including smartphones, smartwatches, and other AIoT products, until now.

However, Realme Nepal consistently took the heat from the domestic smartphone market for its extravagant pricing policies. Realme phones were significantly overpriced in Nepal compared to neighboring markets like India and China. This prompted Realme India to look after the company’s operation in Nepal.

A new beginning for Realme Mobile

Realme re-entered the Nepali market in August 2021 with Shanker Group as the new official distributor. Shanker Group is not new to such ventures, having managed over 30 companies across 14 sectors.

With Shanker Group, Realme Nepal plans to make the pricing more competitive and use it to penetrate further into the Nepali market.

Initially, Shanker Group brought four smartphones. Some of these were already available in the Nepali market, but their prices have been revised. We will have to wait a little longer for the Narzo and GT lineup to launch in Nepal. With that out of the way, let’s look at all the Realme phones you can buy in Nepal, along with their specs and official price.

Realme Easy EMI

With EMI options being popular in Nepal, Realme has also brought the Realme Easy EMI offer. You can buy a Realme phone on a 12-month EMI with a 40% down payment and 0% down payment.

This thing runs on a Unisoc T7250 processor (which is actually just a rebranded T612), paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
