The Intel options split between Core Ultra 5 115U and Core Ultra 7 155U. Both use Intel’s new tile-based architecture on 7nm process. The Ultra 7 155U packs 12 cores with 14 threads, hitting up to 4.8GHz, while the Ultra 5 115U has fewer cores but still boosts to 4.2GHz.
One thing that caught my attention was the fact that AMD variant gets double the storage – 1TB SSD versus 512GB on both Intel models. But all three pack 16GB RAM, which should handle most productivity tasks without breaking a sweat.
Battery and Build Quality
Acer hasn’t revealed battery capacity yet, but these are positioned as ultrabooks, so expect all-day usage. The backlit keyboards are standard across all variants, and the silver finish should hide fingerprints better than darker alternatives.
