So, there we have it folks, the top of the line Blade 18 has hit the market with a mind-bogglingly fast screen, new Intel processors, and the RTX 5090. There’s a lot more to love about this Razer Blade so let’s get right into the features, specifications, and expected price in Nepal of the Razer Blade 18 (2025).
Razer Blade 18 (2025) Overview
Design and Display
Like all Razer Blades, the new Blade 18 is a high-end machine CNC milled from a single block of aluminum. The brand touts it as the “most powerful Razer Blade” ever with new hardware from Intel and NVIDIA packed inside. Although it’s an 18” inch gaming machine, Razer is proud of its slimmest in class chassis that the Blades are loved for! The Blade 18 is available in Black and Mercury color options.
Moving on to the screen, Razer says that the Blade 18 (2025) has the ‘world’s first 18” dual mode display’. It basically lets you switch between UHD (4K) at 240Hz or FHD+ at a whopping 440Hz! What a treat! Besides that, the panel is Calman verified for true to life like color out of the box, has 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 gamut, and supports G-SYNC.
Performance and Memory
Under the hood, you can configure the Razer Blade 18 (2025) with an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor with 24 cores and threads alongside a 5.4 GHz boost clock. Surprisingly, Razer has opted out of offering the top of the line 285HX from Intel’s Arrow Lake HX lineup, but maybe it’s because the two only have a slight difference in maximum frequency which should not affect performance that much!
For the GPU, you have tons of options from NVIDIA’s 40 and 50 series. The latter brings support for DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Gen that can boost performance up to 4x using AI generated frames. Going all the way will get you the RTX 5090 Mobile with 24GB of VRAM that can ask as much as 175W from the system!
Drawing up to 280W (175W GPU + 105W CPU) can generate some serious heat, so the Blade 18 (2025) is equipped with the biggest vapor chamber in a Razer Blade yet alongside a three-fan setup and improved thermal gel.
Memory wise, you can configure your Blade with up to 64GB of DDR5-5600 RAM on purchase with upgradibility down the road. On the storage front, Razer offers up to a 4TB (2TB + 2TB) configuration but the dual M.2 slots can go up to 8TB in total.
Thunderbolt 5 and Connectivity
The Blade 18 (2025) is one of the very few laptops to support Thunderbolt 5 which brings a big improvement in data bandwidth up to 120Gbps! There’s also another Type-C port (Thunderbolt 4), WiFi 7, HDMI 2.1, and Bluetooth 5.4, alongside a 2.5Gb ethernet port. There are multiple Type-A ports, alongside a UHS-II card reader, and a headphone microphone combo jack.
Bells and Whistles: Everything Else
Getting the newest Blade 18 means you also get special treatment in a lot of other areas like an improved keyboard with better feedback, a total of six speakers, and a high-res 5MP webcam.
Since the Arrow Lake HX processor also has an NPU (Neural Processing Unit), Razer also mentions the use of various AI features in Windows like Cocreate, Live Captions, and Recall!

Samsung has just unveiled the 9100 Pro series, which is now the world’s fastest consumer SSD, boasting a mind-blowing read speed of 14.8 GB/s. In this article, let’s break down what makes this SSD special.
9100 Pro SSD Overview
Samsung is stepping into the world of high-performance PCIe 5.0 storage with their new 9100 Pro SSD. This drive has four lanes and supports the NVMe 2.0 protocol, allowing it to achieve lightning-fast read speeds of 14.8 GB/s. It’s a huge leap forward in SSD technology.
Available Sizes and Performance
When it launches in March, the Samsung 9100 Pro will be available in 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB options, all in the M.2 form factor. You’ll also be able to choose between a version with or without a heatsink. There’s more! In the second half of 2025, a huge 8TB version will be released as well.
4TB & 8TB Models: These are the top performers, reaching 14,800 MB/s read speed and 13,400 MB/s write speed.
How better compared to previous models?
When compared to Samsung’s previous 980 Pro, the 9100 Pro blows it away. The new drive’s random read and write speeds are at least twice as fast, with 2.2 million IOPS for reading and 2.6 million IOPS for writing. It’s a huge improvement in overall performance.
The 9100 Pro uses a new version of Samsung’s TLC V8 V-NAND flash and comes with their custom-built “Presto” SSD controller. Thanks to this new tech, the drive is more power-efficient than before, using less energy while providing top-notch speed. The 9100 Pro also offers better thermal control and energy consumption, especially with the heatsink version, which ensures the drive stays cool and lasts longer.
Why should you consider the 9100 Pro?
If you’re into heavy tasks like photo/video editing, creating AI content, or gaming, I think the Samsung 9100 Pro SSD is worth considering. It offers incredible speed, reliability, and a solid storage solution for laptops, desktops, and even PlayStation consoles.
Alright. So today I have the all-new Vivo X200 Pro in for review. This is the first time Vivo has launched its flagship “X” series phone in Nepal — and I must say — the X200 Pro is a fantastic way to break that tradition. That’s mostly because this is such a fantastic camera phone that Apple and Samsung finally have something to be scared about.
Vivo X200 Pro review: Specifications
Design and Build: 162.36 x 75.95 x 8.20 – 8.49 mm, 223 – 228 gm, IP68 + IP69 rating
And I wanna start my review of the Vivo X200 Pro with the cameras itself. Last time’s Vivo X100 Pro (review) shocked me with its great portraits, and I absolutely fell in love with the Xiaomi 14 Ultra (review)’s 3x floating camera. Its macro photos, the Leica black and white portraits. They were stunning! And this thing here shows that the gap between the camera quality from Chinese brands and Apple/Samsung is getting narrower!
The X200 Pro has a fresh new 200MP 3.7x periscope zoom lens this time, which is quite a departure from the 48MP or 50MP 5x we usually see from Apple and Samsung.
With this, I found that 85mm (3.7x) is the perfect focal length to click portraits since you don’t have to go too far away. And since this sensor has a monstrous 200 megapixels’ worth resolution, I can also click 135mm (6x) portraits without compromising on the details. A genius move from Vivo and gives me a lot of flexibility.
Portrait images

Vivo has also been collaborating with Zeiss for all these years and I feel like that is truly starting to shine! I have clicked well over 100 portraits from the X200 Pro and they look stunning with precise edge detection and blur levels.
The bokeh it’s able to produce is easily the best I have seen on a smartphone. The skin tone is slightly processed and brightened — yes — and they might not look the most natural. But it is social media ready, and I don’t have to edit in post. This is also a pretty fast periscope lens with an f/2.67 aperture, so it’s perfect for taking it out on the streets for those sharp, crisp, and in-focus images.
B/W portraits

I also liked all the different bokeh flares that Vivo provides in the camera app and different modes like black and white portraits which, again, come out fabulous.
Daytime images

And the funny thing is that this 200MP sensor is Samsung-made. It’s the 200MP ISOCELL HP9 sensor to be precise, and you won’t find any Samsung phone using it. Even when I compared it with the Galaxy S25 Ultra (review), I prefer X200 Pro’s portraits more. The way it maintains subject focus and background bokeh is just… too good.
I can also shoot macro photos with excellent details and clarity at 3.7x, 7.4x, and 10x zoom levels from this sensor, by the way. This is a much better implementation than Apple and Samsung, where you need to take closeup shots from the ultrawide lens.
Photos from the main 50MP camera of the X200 Pro are also hard not to like. It has plenty of details and excellent dynamic range even in the most challenging condition like this! The white balance is consistent almost all the time, although I found that its photos have that extra punch in colors even when shooting in “Zeiss Natural” mode.
Lowlight images
1 of 4
Even during low light conditions, you will find plenty of details and nice exposure handling. And compared to the S25 Ultra, it controls noise much better too.
The third lens is an ultra-wide angle camera, which unfortunately remains unchanged from last year. So, it’s slightly behind the likes of Pixel and iPhone. The field of view is narrower and it’s not as bright or sharp as the main lens. Whereas I noticed how the X200 Pro likes to smoothen out the subject’s skin tone in selfies.
Selfies
1 of 3
Moving on, Vivo has also upgraded the videography aspect from last year. You can shoot 4K 60 fps from all the cameras — including from the front camera — which was missing on the X100 Pro. And when I compared it with the S25 Ultra, I noticed how everything from colors to dynamic range and stabilization are so similar between them. The iPhone 16 Pro Max (review) still shoots the steadiest videos I’ve seen on a smartphone, but the X200 Pro is a close second.
This thing can also shoot portrait videos, 10-bit Log videos, 4K 120 fps slow-mo videos, so yeah. The Vivo X200 Pro is an excellent camera phone with every single feature that you’d expect from a flagship device.
Design and build
162.36 x 75.95 x 8.20 – 8.49 mm, 223 – 228 grams
Glass front/back, aluminum alloy frames
IP68 + IP69 rating
Ok, I think I have talked enough about its camera now. And you know what? Other aspects of the Vivo X200 Pro are equally nice. First of all, although Vivo didn’t bother with a completely new design language this year, it still looks every bit as premium.
And instead of curved sides, we now get flat frames like on Apple and Samsung flagships. Vivo has also included an official IP68 and IP69 rating, which means it can stand full-on submersion and even high-temperature water jets!
Plus, even though there’s a big 6,000 mAh silicon carbon battery inside of this thing, the X200 Pro doesn’t feel that heavy. My only little complaint is that maybe Vivo could’ve chamfered the edges around that giant camera ring ’cause it’s quite sharp.
Moving on, the Vivo X200 Pro’s display is just as top-notch too. Vivo has gone with Chinese display maker BOE this time as well, and it. has. everything.
Including a smooth 120Hz refresh rate to an LTPO backplane that drops the refresh rate to just 1Hz to save power, 2,160Hz PWM dimming, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ playback on OTT platforms, and 4,500 nits of peak brightness. Whereas it can also hit almost 2,000 nits in auto brightness mode outdoors!
Vivo has also upgraded to an ultra-sonic fingerprint sensor this year which seems to be a trend among most Chinese smartphone makers. Like iQOO, OnePlus, OPPO, Realme, and Xiaomi. This means the fingerprint sensor is now located at a perfect location, and it can unlock when my hands are wet!
I found its stereo speakers to be of excellent quality as well. Similar to what you get on the iPhone 16 Pro Max and Galaxy S25 Ultra. Plus, the X200 Pro also has a fantastic vibration motor so whether you’re typing up a message or getting a call, you’re gonna love its haptic feedback.
Performance
MediaTek Dimensity 9400 5G (3nm)
16GB LPDDR5X RAM, 512GB UFS 4.0 storage (fixed)
Android 15 with Vivo’s Funtouch OS 15.0 on top
4 years of OS and 5 years of security updates
The Vivo X200 Pro is also one of the few phones to be powered by MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9400 chip. If you wanna know more about this processor, I suggest you watch my comparison video where I put it next to the Snapdragon 8 Elite and Apple’s A18 Pro!
I know you might be skeptical about a MediaTek chipset on a flagship phone, but you should know that the company’s processors are as good as the ones from Qualcomm and Apple. And whatever the differences may be, they are negligibly minimal.
And overall, I am very happy with the Vivo X200 Pro’s performance. Everything just feels so smooth. You can play most AAA games at a smooth 120 fps with excellent stability, while even games like Genshin Impact run well here without any hiccups or overheating at the highest of graphics settings.
As for the software, this guy boots up on Android 15 with Vivo’s new Funtouch OS 15. And I must say this new version of Funtouch OS has much better-looking icons, animations, and transitions which makes things like app-opening and multitasking super fast and intuitive. There are a bunch of AI features baked in as well, while Vivo also commits to 4 major Android upgrades and 5 years of security updates for the X200 Pro.
Having said that, I feel like Funtouch OS 15 still falls behind Samsung’s One UI in terms of the overall software experience. I know Vivo has been continually improving its Android fork year after year — but like all the hardware upgrades — I can’t wait to see a big overhaul in its software department as well.
Battery
6,000 mAh battery (90W wired charging)
90W power adapter inside the box
30W wireless charging support
I wanna talk about its battery life next. And as I mentioned above, Vivo’s latest flagship phone packs a massive 6,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery.
Pair that with a super-efficient LTPO AMOLED display and a super-efficient 3nm chip, I am easily getting like 7 hours of screen time even under a heavy usage pattern. This thing has even lasted me more than 10 hours on days when I wasn’t doing much of anything. And with the 90W power brick included inside the box, the X200 Pro goes from 0 – 75% in just 32 minutes. While a complete refill takes only 45 minutes.
Vivo X200 Pro review: Conclusion
Okay, so let me wrap up my Vivo X200 Pro review now. And after daily-driving this phone for more than 2 months, I must admit I’ve been incredibly impressed with this thing. Particularly with its cameras since no matter what phone I compare it with, I prefer the X200 Pro’s results more.
To be honest, the so-called “industry leaders” like Apple and Samsung have been super lazy with their smartphone innovations lately. And when it comes to cameras, Chinese brands like Vivo, Honor, Xiaomi, and Huawei have been leading the charge.
So if you’re a tech enthusiast who wants a state-of-the-art smartphone, if you want excellent cameras — especially for street photography and shooting portraits — then I’m sure you’re gonna love the Vivo X200 Pro. And I’m really happy how the Nepali smartphone industry finally has actual competition in the premium space other than Apple’s “Pro Max” iPhone and Samsung’s “Ultra” Galaxy.

Vivo X200 Pro review: Pros and cons
Pros
Cons
• It’s arguably the best camera phone right now
• The ultrawide camera could’ve been better
• A standout design
• Still falls behind the iPhone 16 Pro Max in terms of videos
This is the first time Xiaomi has launched a T-series phone in Nepal, and that too for a very competitive price. The Xiaomi 14T is priced at NPR 65,000 for the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant. And it comes with some very interesting features such as Dimensity 8300 Ultra SOC and Leica branded cameras. I have used this phone for like 10 days and let’s know more in my Xiaomi 14T review.
Before getting in, let’s have a quick look at the specifications.
Talking about the design, the Xiaomi 14T comes in a monotone design with a glass back, and there’s also a vegan leather variant. However, the frame is plastic. A metal frame would have been more appealing. Likewise, it secures an IP68 rating, so even if this guy gets dipped in water, you shouldn’t worry much. But one small complaint is that the edges feel a bit sharp, which might be uncomfortable during long gaming or video-watching sessions. Talking of the protection, there is Gorilla Glass 5 upfront while the rear side has an unspecified shatterproof glass on the back.
Display
The display side is where the Xiaomi 14T truly shines! It has no compromises in display quality, a 144Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ support, 3840Hz PWM dimming, and 1600 nits typical brightness (peaks at 4000 nits). In real-life usage too, the display is amazing. Colors are vibrant & punchy, making movies, series, YouTube videos, or even TikToks enjoyable. Pair that with dual speakers with good loudness & decent bass, and a 480Hz touch sampling rate.
However, one caveat here is the 144Hz refresh rate. Which is present on the paper but it is gimmicky. If you ask me why, it only reaches 144Hz in benchmark apps. In normal use, it’s locked at 120Hz, and even in gaming, it doesn’t go beyond that.
Performance
This is one of the strongest aspects of the Xiaomi 14T. It’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra chip, paired with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM & 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. Even though it’s a one-year-old chipset, it performs exceptionally well in both benchmarks and real-life usage. PUBG Smooth runs at 90fps with an average of 89.2 fps. I also played Genshin Impact and the results were impressive. The 14T managed to give me a 59.4fps average at High settings. The thermals are well-managed due to the large VC cooling system. Even in day-to-day usage & multitasking, the UI feels fast & optimized with no stutters.
Software & Updates
The phone runs Android 14 with HyperOS 1.0 out of the box. Android 15 has already been released globally, so hopefully, it will arrive in Nepal soon. One good note is that Xiaomi is providing 4 years of Android updates and 5 years of security updates.
And speaking of HyperOS, it is feature-rich without any doubt. For someone who loves customizations, I love the lock screen and rich theme options on the Xiaomi 14T. Thankfully, there are no ads in the UI too. Except for some sneaky recommendations from GetApps and Music app, which I don’t even bother to use.
Some AI Features
Since we’re in 2025, AI is everywhere! The Xiaomi 14T comes with an AI Call Interpreter, AI Eraser, AI Film effects, and such. As the name implies, the finest one can interpret calls in different languages which is fun to use. Meanwhile, the AI Eraser works well and can remove unwanted objects or people from photos easily.
Cameras
Let’s talk about the Leica cameras now. The Xiaomi 14T is the first phone in Nepal to bring a collab with a camera-centric big name like Leica, that too in the 60K range. You get a 50MP primary camera with OIS, a 2x telephoto with 50MP, and a 12MP ultrawide sensor.
Daylight
The Xiaomi 14T clicks good pictures with exceptional contrast and decent details. You get two modes here: Leica Authentic and Leica Vibrant. If you are up for a punchy output, you can go for the latter like I did.

Portraits
Since this phone has Leica branding, expectations were high. However, the camera optimization isn’t great. The portraits on the Leica Portrait mode bear a lot of contrast, I mean, just too much that the shadow areas go very dark. However, there is Master Portrait mode too, which eases the situation.

And after learning this, I shot the rest of the portrait shots in Master Portrait mode. I defo suggest you do the same if you are planning to buy or already own this phone. And here are some 2x 50mm (Optical Zoom) and 3x 75mm (Cropped Zoom) shots. The results are not that appeasing though with reddish tones.

The Xiaomi 14T boats a 12MP UW camera instead of the usual 8MP we find in other phones. So, the details are good and the outputs look nice. Albeit there is a bit more contrast.

Selfies are on the decent side although, sometimes they struggle with accurate skin tones.

Videos
You can shoot up to 4K 60fps recording from the rear camera but stabilization isn’t great. Dialing down it to 4K 30fps makes it slightly better though. Likewise, selfie video maxes out at 4K 30fps but here too stabilization is not that great. Overall, the camera performance is not that appealing! Leica branding is there, but for some optimization, the Xiaomi 14T needs urgent updates.
Battery & Charging
Fueling the Xiaomi 14T is a 5,000mAh battery that lasts a full day on moderate usage. For someone like me who is constantly checking tech news, updates, and some gaming in my free time, I felt the need to plug in by the evening. No complaints though! Xiaomi has bundled a 67W charger included in the box. A full charge takes 51 minutes, which is good.
Xiaomi 14T Review: Final Verdict
So, is the Xiaomi 14T worth NPR 65,000? For the most part, yes! The Dimensity 8300 Ultra’s excellent performance, no compromises on display, decent design (except for glass protection), and good battery life are the good markers for a worthy premium mid-ranger. However, the Leica branding would have shone if only the cameras were more optimized. And it’s 2025 already, so, it must have booted with Android 15 out of the box.
If camera quality is your priority, this phone isn’t the best choice. But due to the lack of great camera phones in this range, you’d have to increase your budget and consider options like the Samsung S24 FE or Honor 200 Pro. But aside from that, the Xiaomi 14T is a solid option for NPR 65,000! No doubt about that!
