Instagram’s AI Revolution: Bridging the Gap Between Creators and Followers

Instagram is a popular platform where stories come to life. Although this app came a few years later in 2010, than Facebook, it gained more popularity in a short time. The youth group especially prefers it because Instagram influences them in many ways. Content creators these days are using Instagram to show their lives online and as a significant source of income. However, keeping up with the followers regularly can be challenging. But guess what? Instagram is all set to solve this problem with new AI-powered features!

Instagram AI Features: Overview

Recent Rumours

App researcher Alessandro Paluzzi has shared new screenshots revealing Instagram’s developing AI bot creation framework. This includes a feature for users to ‘Create an AI version of yourself.

What exactly is this AI feature?

As per the confirmation from Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, a new feature called ‘AI Studio’ is in the works. This will enable creators to create AI-driven chatbots to manage follower interactions for them. This feature will be built into the app, enabling people to generate digital avatars that can interact and engage on their behalf.

He says,

“We think people want to interact with lots of different people and businesses and there need to be a lot of different AIs that get created to reflect people’s different interests.”

This new AI feature will primarily be applied in messaging and clearly labelled as AI. In the broadcast, Meta’s chief also demonstrated examples of conversations with AI-powered creator chatbots, revealing that Instagram has collaborated with the creators behind the meme account “Wasted” and Don Allen Stevenson III to develop these early versions.

Previously, Instagram had announced a few other features like  AI images, message summaries and AI tools in Instagram’s Story editor which you can learn more about in detail here.

Upcoming AI Features in Instagram: Consequences

Meta’s vision for AI isn’t new. Last year, Zuckerberg discussed similar ideas when exposing the Meta AI assistant and celebrity-themed chatbots. With AI Studio now in the testing phase, the real test will be whether users will engage with AI versions of their favourite creators. When creators use AI to respond to followers, there’s no guarantee that the AI will always provide satisfactory replies. Sometimes, the responses from AI might differ from the creator’s intended message, potentially creating a negative image for the creators. So, is it worth letting an AI decide the response to a message?

However, because businesses might have a similar conversation to most of their clients, this can be a useful feature for them.

Apple AirPods with camera to enter mass production in 2026!

Apple is renowned for its innovative products, and its latest rumoured venture is no exception. Reports have surfaced about the company developing AirPods with an in-built camera. Intrigued? So are we! In this article, we’ll dive into everything we know so far about this exciting development.

Apple AirPods with camera rumours

Something different is happening!

Apple AirPods, first introduced with the iPhone 7 series in 2016, remain the most popular wireless earphones globally. The latest AirPods have seen minimal changes in form factor since their inception. The buds have remained almost unchanged while the case has seen some added features like a built-in speaker and Find My integration. This feature allows you to locate your AirPods more easily by playing a noise from the case using your iPhone.

Integrating an IR blaster

In February, analyst Mark Gurman of Bloomberg noted that Apple is exploring new stuff in the wearable space including a fitness ring, smart glasses, and AirPods with cameras. And now a new report backs it up saying the latter is set to debut in 2026.

As per KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, it is confirmed that mass production of Apple Airpods with IR Blaster will start in the latter half of 2026. These earbuds will ship with new features that will also be compatible with Apple Vision Pro and its iterations. According to Kuo, Foxconn will begin mass production of IR camera-equipped AirPods in 2026 with a target of approximately 18-20 million units, or 10 million pairs of AirPods.

Possible features?

This will enhance the user-device interaction and strengthen Spatial Audio features with new advancements in the AirPods lineup. We have seen similar IR hardware in iPhones and iPads where it is used for secure face authentication.

The integrated camera would detect environmental changes, enabling in-air gesture control to further enhance human-device interaction. This advancement could also allow users to control their devices with hand movements, adding a new layer of convenience.

Besides that, there are also rumours of an integrated screen for playback controls and notifications but that’s also on the fence.

Apple AirPods with camera: Conclusion

So, it looks like Apple is about to bring something different to the table this time in the case of AirPods. The focus seems to be on the integration of new functionalities rather than complete hardware redesign. And while the feature made a lot of sense for iPhones and iPads, we are not sure how well or impactful it’ll be on a product like AirPods. That being said, we believe that it could add to an even more seamless user experience and added functionality, especially for users who prefer a hands-free interaction with their buds.

Infinix launched the GT Book a little while ago as a part of its extensive ecosystem i.e. GT Verse. As I mentioned earlier, the Infinix Zero Book Ultra comes in a sleek profile with a thickness of just 16.90 mm. The entire body is made out of metal and comes with an OVERBOOST Switch on the side. This switch allows you to toggle between ECO, Balance, and Overboost Mode, which changes the laptop’s power consumption depending on the chosen mode. Meanwhile, it has linear patterns on the lid, which as per the company, is inspired by meteorites.

Infinix Zero Book Display

On the front, you are looking at a 15.6-inch display surrounded by a decent amount of bezels. It is an FHD screen that spreads across 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. Likewise, it offers 400 nits of peak brightness and 100% sRGB colour gamut. Infinix shies away from mentioning the type of panel on the Zero Book Ultra. The highlighting feature of this laptop is surely its performance. You are getting all three series options of the latest Intel Core Ultra processor on this thing. In other words, Infinix Zero Book Ultra will be available with any Intel Core Ultra 5, 7, or 9 silicon. The laptop’s in-built assistant — Copilot as well as third-party apps like Zoom, Audacity, and Adobe Suite can tap into the laptop’s on-device AI accelerator to better serve its users’ needs.

Infinix Zero Book Ultra GenAI

Furthermore, Intel’s latest integrated Arc graphics smoothens the overall performance of the laptop with ray tracing and better processing prowess. Additional performance hardware on the Infinix Zero Book Ultra includes LPDDR5x RAM of up to 32GB, and PCIe Gen 4 SSD of up to 1TB. Herein, you get an extra SSD slot for storage expansion, if need be. In terms of software, this laptop boots on Windows 11.

The Rest

While Infinix does not specify the battery capacity of the Zero Book Ultra on its overview page, the Flipkart listing reveals it is packing a 3-cell 100W unit. This allows the laptop to offer up to 13 hours of usage time. The port option on this thing includes an SD card reader, an HDMI 1.4, and an audio jack. Similarly, it also has two USB 3.0 Type-A and two USB Type-C ports. Other than that, it comes with WiFi 6/6E, and Bluetooth v5.3 for wireless connectivity.

OnePlus Pad Pro Performance

You get one Cortex-X4 core at 3.0GHz, four Cortex-A720 cores at 2.8GHz and three Cortex-A520 cores at 2.0GHz. Handling the graphics chores is an Adreno 735 GPU. The tab also supports hardware ray tracing for gaming and Vivo’s BlueLM AI model.
